Please note that our waterfront is a natural, shallow area designed to support local fish and wildlife rather than swimming. Guests are welcome to enjoy the water by kayak and take in the beauty of the natural surroundings.

For your safety and security, we have outdoor security cameras monitoring the driveway and the waterfront area, including the dock. There are no cameras inside the cottage or in any private indoor spaces. These cameras are solely to ensure the protection of guests and property.
Community Safety Reminder:
Please be advised that once you turn off the highway 30 onto 13th Line, which continues onto Birch Point Road, the speed limit is 30 km/h. We strongly request that this speed limit be respected at all times.
Many of our neighbours walk along this road with their children and pets, and maintaining a safe speed helps ensure the safety and well-being of everyone in our community.
