Our Greenwood Getaway offers a relaxing sanctuary on Buckhorn Lake in the heart of the Kawarthas. Part of the Trent Severn Waterway, connected to 2 other lakes without locks (Chemong and Pigeon) for great boating and fishing enthusiasts. (offering multiple fish species including: large and small mouth bass, muskie, perch, walleye, crappie and bluegill) Our 83 foot shoreline offers a sandy beach for easy access to the lake for little ones and the best large covered double dock accommodates your water crafts with many tie offs. there is also power at the dock for charging your water craft (bring your own extension cord). The bay is relatively shallow, approximately 5 feet deep at the end of the dock but easily navigable to the open water. Bright 3 bedroom cottage (1-king, 1 queen and 2 singles), includes a well equipped kitchen, 1 full bath with tub/ shower and 1 -2 piece bath.

Separate Bunkie includes 2 single beds.

Pets: We are dog friendly and welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs. Please keep your pets off the furniture and clean up after them on the property. Please do not allow them to wonder off the property as we have full time residents as our neighbours.

| We rented Greenwood Getaway for a week and it was amazing. The best thing about this rental is that it is a cottage, not a fancy home with chandeliers and marble floors! It felt like being at our family cottage!! It offers comfortable spaces, a well stocked kitchen, tons of small appliances and everything you need to enjoy your meals indoors or outdoors. Bedrooms are spacious and beds are super comfy with tons of pillows. Having a full bath and a half bath makes it easy with 4 guests. We brought our boat and we were happy with the covered dock, such a convenience and luxury! We had a great time exploring the various lakes and locks, local pubs and stores. We enjoyed the various outdoors games and water toys the property offers. Tiz and Victor, the owners, met us at check in, and they are super nice. Great communication, very responsive and helpful the whole way. Thank you for a wonderful week! We are already talking about next year!

| We had a wonderful stay at this cottage and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The owners Dan & Tiz were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and respectful of our needs throughout our stay. The cottage was well-equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home.
The location is fantastic—right by the lake, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and created some great memories. We would definitely return and highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
