Our Greenwood Getaway offers a relaxing sanctuary on Buckhorn Lake in the heart of the Kawarthas. Part of the Trent Severn Waterway, connected to 2 other lakes without locks (Chemong and Pigeon) for great boating and fishing enthusiasts. (offering multiple fish species including: large and small mouth bass, muskie, perch, walleye, crappie and bluegill) Our 83 foot shoreline offers a sandy beach for easy access to the lake for little ones and the best large covered double dock accommodates your water crafts with many tie offs. there is also power at the dock for charging your water craft (bring your own extension cord). The bay is relatively shallow, approximately 5 feet deep at the end of the dock but easily navigable to the open water. Bright 3 bedroom cottage (1-king, 1 queen and 2 singles), includes a well equipped kitchen, 1 full bath with tub/ shower and 1 -2 piece bath.
