The entire upper floor is dedicated to the primary retreat, spanning approximately 700 square feet with a spacious ensuite and private treetop terrace.
Two additional bedrooms on the main floor — one king and one queen — share a full bathroom. The walk-out level includes a custom bunk room with four double beds, integrated millwork, dedicated bathroom and direct access toward the lakefront.
The lower level also features a bar, games area, movie lounge and gym, creating a separate space to unwind after a day outdoors.
**THE WATERFRONT**
A private path through the trees leads to the waterfront and dock, designed as an extension of the cottage for quiet mornings, afternoons on the water and evenings overlooking the lake.
Guests have access to kayaks, paddleboards and a canoe, along with generous waterfront seating and loungers.
Closer to shore, a lakeside fire circle overlooks the water and surrounding Crown land, while trails continue directly from the property into the forest.
Island Lake is quiet and intimate, with Ironwood positioned in a sheltered bay facing an undeveloped Crown-owned island.

Ironwood combines a true escape into nature with the conveniences of a modern home. Integrated lighting, sound and climate control create an effortless atmosphere throughout the property, while high-speed Starlink internet and Wi-Fi coverage extend from the cottage to the waterfront.
