Casa Blanca Cottage - An upscale Family Retreat in Crystal Beach Ontario. Welcome to Casa Blanca Cottage, a beautifully appointed, newly built (2018) two storey cottage offering the ultimate in comfort and convenience. With 9 foot ceilings, 1,800 square feet of generous living space, and meticulous attention to detail, this exceptionally clean and well maintained cottage is the ultimate home get away. Bedroom 1: 1 King bed. Bedroom 2: 1 King bed & 1 Queen bed. Bedroom 3: 2 Queen beds. Bathroom (Main Floor): 4 piece (toilet with bidet, sink, bathtub with shower) with Washer & Dryer laundry *Laundry detergent NOT provided* Bathroom (Second Floor): 4 piece (toilet with bidet, sink, bathtub with shower). The fully stocked kitchen contains: fridge/ freezer, water dispenser, ice maker, stove/oven, exhaust fan, double sink, dishwasher, microwave, mini-fridge, and a multitude of smaller appliances, cookware, utensils and much more....please see the photos. The kitchen is also equipped with complimentary coffee, tea, spices, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and much more.
All guests have access to the following additional accommodations:
- full linens, blankets, pillows and comforters,
- plenty of towels and wash cloths, *Bring Your Own Beach Towels*
- hand soap, body wash, shampoo and hair conditioner, hair dryers and toilet paper,
- iron and ironing board,
- alarm clocks,
- central vacuum,
- garbage bags, zip lock bags, dish soap and scrubby pads,
- large roll of paper towel with spare, parchment paper, aluminum foil, cellophane wrap and more,
- smoke alarms/CO detectors with fire extinguisher on every level. Installed and maintained in accordance with applicable fire code,
- ultra high speed internet,
- booster seat and fold up playpen
- wagon available for your use to bring items to the beach
- 2 dedicated sofa seating areas in the cottage each with it's own Smart TV
- 8 beach passes are provided for your use (to be returned at the end of your stay).
There are 3 covered porches as well as a large private fenced backyard with firepit:
(1) Front porch: Elegant table seating for 8 and has 2 ceiling fans with privacy lattice.
(2) Side Porch: South facing with a picnic table and a Weber Natural Gas BBQ with privacy lattice.
(3) Back porch: Accessed from the main floor bedroom with privacy lattice.

You will have full access to the entire main floor, the entire second floor, all outdoor porches, the backyard, the side yard and full access to the entire driveway which offers parking for 4 cars. Please note that the basement is a completely separate, single occupied suite with it's own private entrance.
We have been renting Casa Blanca Cottage here in Crystal Beach since 2019 and have received many glowing reviews (on Air B n B - Vr bo) and in many cases repeat guests. We strive to offer the best of everything with cleanliness and a completely stocked turn key cottage to make your experience feel as if you're right at home.
The cottage is available for a minimum 3 night stay up to and including 7 nights.
Minimum renter age is 25 years old. A short term rental agreement to be signed for the booking. You and your guests are responsible for any damage to the property during your stay. Outdoor exterior cameras are present.

Crystal Beach offers people the chance for a great getaway. Unwind and relax at the beach featuring Caribbean rated sand and warm water. The beach is only a 7 minute walk away located at the bottom of our street. Local bicycle paths and nearby golf courses offer a splendid time for enthusiasts.
