We have a small private beach in our backyard. We are less than 5 minutes from a beautiful public beach with playground, swing set and an accessible playground. The town of Erieau (where the public beach is) has a peer, icecream shop, breweries, restaurants and shop. There is also a marina in Erieau. NOTES We required a fully refundable security deposit of 500$ due one month prior to checkin. The security deposit is held as security for the faithful performance of the Guest's obligations. The deposit may be applied to: -Damage to the cottage, furnishings, or property -Missing or broken items -Excessive cleaning required beyond normal turnover cleaning -Municipal fines or by-law violations incurred during the rental period -Etc. The security deposit is not applied toward rent. Following departure, the property will be inspected.
