The perfect summer retreat awaits you at this open concept waterfront island cottage on Mississippi Lake. The cottage sleeps up to 10 people with 3 bedrooms in the main cottage and additional bedroom accommodation provided in the cozy bunkie. There is one 3-piece bath, with an incinerator toilet, within the main cottage and an outhouse located near the bunkie. This cottage offers many places (both sun and shade) to enjoy nature on the huge deck for morning coffee and watching the sunrise, afternoon cocktails, and lots of space to enjoy dining in the great outdoors.
Location: Mississippi Lake. 10 minutes from Carleton Place and 25 minutes to Kanata.
Bedrooms: Sleeps up to 10 people. 3 bedrooms in the main cottage (2 queen beds and one twin bunkbed). The bunkie has an additional double bed and one twin bunkbed.
Waterfront & Swimming: 130ft of water frontage. Gradual entry into the water from the beach area.
Water Activities Provided: canoe, kayak, 3 kids kayaks, paddle boat, paddle board, 9.9 horse boat for transportation to parking only (additional room available for your own boat on dock).
Privacy: Treeline separates properties for ample privacy.
Parking: There are two parking spots located in a shared parking lot at Longview Island Landing that is a 500ft boat ride from the cottage (boat for transportation is provided).
