Come stroll the sandy beach at low tide, watch the seals sunbathe on the rocks, dig for clams or cast your line for sea bass at dusk. Beach is perfect for children as no steep drop offs or strong tides. Only 5 minutes from the Wood Islands wharf where you can buy fresh sea food or enjoy local cuisine. 15 minutes from the charming fishing villages of Murray River and Murray Harbour, with more restaurants. 20 minutes from the beautiful town of Montague with lots to entertain. Winery and cidery and local artisans within short drive. Come explore this lovely corner of the Island!
