Recently built, modern, cozy cabin located on one of the North Kawartha Lakes, away from traffic or city noise yet close to both towns Apsley and Bancroft for a little shopping, entertainment or dining trip. Only about two hours away from the GTA, completely private, suited for a couple or those looking to get away from daily stress. Completely furnished, private dock, fire pit, an outside patio with an incredible view of the lake. WiFi available, linens included, heat and air conditioning for the hot summer. Suitable for swimming, kayaking or fishing. The road leading to our property has been upgraded for a better access for those who have never experienced driving on country roads.
