Welcome to Hop in a Skip Cottage! This brand new build is located on a nicely treed lot featuring a massive outdoor living space, four bedrooms, two full bathroom, large living room and games room upstairs. This Cottage has central air and there is parking for four vehicles. There is also a fire pit, outside shower and we will be building a fenced in yard for your doggies. The Porth Point beach is a one minute walk, a 15 minute walk to downtown Gimli (2 min drive) or a 12 minute walk to Links on the Lake golf course (6 min drive).
