Welcome to Hop in a Skip Cottage! This brand new build is located on a nicely treed lot featuring a massive outdoor living space, four bedrooms, two full bathroom, large living room and games room upstairs. This Cottage has central air and there is parking for four vehicles. There is also a fire pit, outside shower and we will be building a fenced in yard for your doggies. The Porth Point beach is a one minute walk, a 15 minute walk to downtown Gimli (2 min drive) or a 12 minute walk to Links on the Lake golf course (6 min drive). This cottage is a year round Cottage ideal for those who love the outdoors. NOTE- the landscaping and fencing is happening between now and middle of June. Discounts will be applied. | We had a wonderful stay at the Hop and a Skip cottage! It's a beautiful new build with all the amenities that you would ever need. It is very close to accessing the beach and great to go into Gimli for shopping or a meal. The deck has comfortable furniture and it's so nice to be able to eat a meal outside! I know even in winter the coziness of this cottage would make for a perfect stay. The owner is very responsive and has ensured that the cottage has everything you need from coffee, to spices, books, games. You won't be disappointed with this rental!

| My wife and I stayed at this new Cottage Rental and loved everything about it. It's very large with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Will be great when we bring our whole family here. We loved the outdoor patio and especially enjoyed it there when the sun was shining. The yard is not done yet but I love all the trees. We look forward to returning soon.
