Cozy, family-friendly cottage with wifi, bbq, T.V and two fire-pits. Steps away from Sturgeon Lake and nicely protected in a gated community equipped with 24/7 security, tennis courts and a swimming pool. This cottage also comes with a private dock, kayaks and a speed boat, but a boat license is required for use. The community also has a nice locally-owned convenience store and Uber eats delivers.
