Come and relax at this clean and fully stocked renovated 4 season executive cottage on a very quiet lake in Tory Hill or North Kawartha area. This cottage has 4 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (NO TUB). 1 bedroom has 2 sets of bunks and a futon for the kids to enjoy playing games, reading or just watching a movie, 1 Queen bed, and 2 King beds. This open concept with a fully-equipped kitchen, featuring an island with 3 bar stools, large dining table with seating for 8, or sit comfortably in the living room and enjoy a glass of wine and admire the million dollar view or on a cold night enjoy a fire. OR we have seating for 8 in our oversized screened in porch. This cottage is cozy, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Scenic quiet lake for families, kids, and seniors with shallow sandy beach entry to water. Come enjoy your stay but dont forget your beach towels they are not included. Canoe, paddle boat for 4, 3 adult kayaks and 2 kids kayaks and a 14 ft aluminum boat with no motor included. Adult and kids lifejackets. Fire pit, docks, swim platform, Over-sized patio deck with BBQ, 6 oversized Adirondack chairs and coffee table, 3 bar tables with 6 bar chairs on our outside deck. The flat yard is an ideal area for younger children to play or the adults to enjoy a game of cornhole; it also includes a large firepit with a side deck near the water to sit and enjoy the sunset. The children will like to play on the HO sports Mini Oasis. The area is abundant with deer, moose, and wildlife to explore. Monmouth Lake is stocked with Lake trout and open for winter ice-fishing. Paudash Trail Blazers snowmobile club is a short distance away. No public boat launch.

| Lily's Lodge ticked all of the boxes for a large family cottage stay for us: Shallow and sandy water entry for kids to play, multiple boats, flat lawn area and fire pit, comfortable beds for everyone. Air conditioning, and two bathrooms were also great bonuses. The cottage is in immaculate condition, and well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable cottage stay. The cottage is impeccably decorated and feels cozy and cottage-y, while still being clean and modern. The standard of finishes and fixtures were incredible, and well above our expectations for a cottage stay. Multiple outdoor and indoor sitting areas also made it great for everyone to either spend time together with the family, or go find a quiet place to sit and relax.
Tesia was prompt in coordination, and she wanted to ensure everything was set prior to and during our stay. We felt that our experience was extremely important to Tesia, and she went out of her way to make sure we were having a great time throughout our stay. The welcome basket with s'more making supplies and freshly baked banana loaf were very much appreciated too.
We will definitely look to return.

| We had an amazing stay at Lilly's Lodge! The cottage is beautiful and modern and is stocked with everything you could possibly need. We were welcomed with a freshly baked banana loaf and materials for Smores, which was so thoughtful. Cottage was immaculate.
We enjoyed swimming, kayaking, pedal boating, and many board and card games. We also played a lot of corn hole. The lake is so quiet and peaceful and we saw and heard the loons many times.
The beds were comfortable and the cottage is very spacious.
This was our best cottage rental experience and hoping we will be able to come back for another stay.

| Beautiful quite lake, beautiful cottage.
Enjoyed coffees on the deck looking out to the lake. Sat and enjoyed the sunset on the dock!
Large dining table served large family dinners,
Very clean!! and fully stocked. Had a great nights sleep! 3rd trip here and will most definetly will be returning. Will be our vacation spot for years to come
