Come and relax at this clean and fully stocked renovated 4 season executive cottage on a very quiet lake in Tory Hill or North Kawartha area. This cottage has 4 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (NO TUB). 1 bedroom has 2 sets of bunks and a futon for the kids to enjoy playing games, reading or just watching a movie. This open concept with a fully-equipped kitchen, featuring an island with 3 bar stools, large dining table with seating for 8, or sit comfortably in the living room and enjoy a glass of wine and admire the million dollar view or on a cold night enjoy a fire. OR we have seating for 8 at a table in our oversized screened in porch. This cottage is cozy, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated.
Scenic quiet lake for families, kids, and seniors with shallow sandy beach entry to water. Come enjoy your stay but dont forget your beach towels they are not included.
Canoe, paddle boat for 4, 3 adult kayaks and 2 kids kayaks and a 14 ft aluminum boat with no motor included. Fire pit, docks, swim platform, Over-sized patio deck with BBQ, 6 oversized Adirondack chairs and coffee table, 3 bar tables with 6 bar chairs
The flat yard is an ideal area for younger children to play or the adults to enjoy a game of cornhole; it also includes a large firepit with a side deck near the water to sit and enjoy the sunset. The children will like to play on the HO sports Mini Oasis. The area is abundant with deer, moose, and wildlife to explore.
Monmouth Lake is stocked with Lake trout and open for winter ice-fishing. Paudash Trail Blazers snowmobile club is a short distance away. No public boat launch.
