Surrounded by dozens of mature white pine and sitting atop a private point on beautiful Otty Lake, you can enjoy spectacular views of the water on three sides as your backdrop for relaxing, swimming, fishing, barbecuing, campfires, boardgames and connecting with friends and family.
This cedar panelled cottage is situated at a lightly populated and quiet arm of the lake and is a gem – Built over 50 years ago, it retains its rustic charm along with convenient modern upgrades like Star Link High Speed WIFI, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a ceiling fan in the main area and portable air conditioner if your booking should take place during a hot stretch in the summer!
The property has two waterfronts - one on each side of our point. The North east side has a large dock (10x12) with Muskoka Chairs and swimming ladder. The west side has a jumping rock, ladder with small platform on the shore, and a swimming raft. There are two canoes, 2 kayaks, a stand up paddle board and a paddle boat available to use to explore the lake.
Situated close to both Perth and Murphy's Point Provincial park, you'll always have the choice to enjoy the cottage or go find something to do nearby.
