Water's Edge Retreat on Patterson Lake

Located on the peaceful shores of Patterson Lake, this cozy cottage is the best of both worlds! From the front of the cottage, enjoy the peace of nature sounds with the view of the woods from the screened in porch, and from the back, take in the lake views from multiple decks or from the Adirondack chairs on the dock.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 with Queen beds and 1 with a Double bed and a Single bed. The pull out couch can also accommodate 1 additional person. Bedsheets, pillows, blankets and indoor towels are provided. Just bring your own beach towels for outdoor water fun!

For lake activities, we offer kayaks (2 adult, 2 children's), a pedalboat, a children's paddleboard, a floating water mat, and lots of pool noodles. The water is nice and warm for swimming, and you can also fish off the dock.

There is a fire pit with wood provided, and a BBQ on the deck. We also have yard games such as badminton, washer toss, bocce ball and horseshoes.

For adventurous kids, there is a multi-story tree house on our lot to explore.

The property is sprayed for mosquitos and ticks by Mosquito Buzz to make your stay more enjoyable.

Inside, there are many boardgames, puzzles, a large selection of books, and a tv equipped with Roku. We have high speed internet, and the cottage is air conditioned, with ceiling fans as well.

The cottage boasts a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking and entertaining. It has a large butcher block island with seating for 3, and is open plan to the dining room, which seats 6. The outdoor patio table can also accommodate 6 people.
