The cottage is located on the wide section of the Magnetwan River and Perry Lake is only a short paddle away. You can enjoy the 3 lake system by boat, canoe or kayaks. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings that this cottage has to offer with no neighbours around you. The cozy open concept kitchen and livingroom is a peaceful place to enjoy or just reading a book or hanging out with family and friends. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the amenities that you need for your stay. The waterfront is a easy access into the water with a sandy bottom, Great for young kids or you can just jump off the dock for deeper waters. You can also launch your boat right on the property or there is a boat launch in the town of Kearney. Sandy area at the waters edge for the kids to make sand castles. Lots of water toys to enjoy including paddleboat, canoe and kayaks with life jackets. At night you can sit around the campfire roasting marshmallows or playing games in the screened in room.
