Located just steps from the beach, our two side-by-side vacation cottages offer a relaxing getaway for families, friends, couples, and groups looking to enjoy the beauty of Georgian Bay. During the summer, enjoy our saltwater swimming pool, open seasonally from June through approximately the second week of September. Spend your days relaxing poolside or enjoying the sandy shores of Wasaga Beach, then come home and unwind after another beautiful Georgian Bay sunset. Travelling with family or friends? You can reserve one cottage individually or book both side-by-side cottages together, giving larger groups the convenience of staying close while still enjoying their own space and privacy. Each cottage includes 3 dedicated on-site parking spaces. Shoreline Retreats is also a wonderful year-round destination. We're conveniently located about 30 minutes from Blue Mountain, putting skiing, snowboarding, hiking, dining, shopping, and year-round adventures within easy reach. NOTES COTTAGE RULES We want every guest to enjoy a safe and relaxing stay. Please respect our cottage, neighbours and community. GUESTS & OCCUPANCY: Only registered guests may stay overnight. Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. Additional visitors require prior approval. NO PARTIES / QUIET HOURS: No parties, events or large gatherings. Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. POOL: Our heated saltwater pool is generally open June to approximately the second week of September, weather permitting. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. No glass, diving, running or unsafe behaviour around the pool. Guests use the pool at their own risk. PARKING: Maximum 3 vehicles per cottage, in designated parking areas only. Do not park on neighbouring properties. SMOKING & PETS: No smoking or vaping indoors. Dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Pets are permitted only with prior approval. BBQ & PROPERTY: Never leave the BBQ unattended and please clean it after use. Treat the cottage as you would your own home. Furniture and other property must not be removed or unnecessarily rearranged. Bath towels are for indoor use only—please do not use them as beach or pool towels. BEFORE CHECK-OUT: Empty the refrigerator/freezer of all food and drinks. Place garbage/recycling in designated containers and wash dishes or place them in the dishwasher. Turn off portable A/C units, lights and fans. Close and lock all doors and windows. Remove personal belongings and leave the cottage reasonably clean and tidy. DAMAGE:Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear and for missing items. Please report accidental damage promptly. Please respect your confirmed check-in/check-out times.
