This three (3) bedroom two story waterfront cottage is on a private sandy beach with beautiful views of Lake Erie and the Port Maitland lighthouse. The first floor is open concept living and dining with a galley kitchen and bathroom. The three bedrooms are upstairs. A large deck overlooks the beach and lake. Many of our guests have enjoyed beach fires on star filled quiet nights.

For golfers, the cottage is located 4km from an 18 hole golf course, Freedom Oaks, and is a short drive (12 min) to the historic Dunnville Golf Club (public 9 hole course) on the Grand River. Fishing, boating, kayaking and canoeing are nearby on both the lake and the river.

The town of Dunnville Ontario (located on the Grand River) is a 8km drive and has major grocery stores, restaurants, LCBO, Beer Store and hospital. Other area attractions: 40 minutes to Niagara wine region, 50 minutes to Niagara Falls and the US border, 35 minutes to Port Dover.

A down payment equal to half the weekly rental fee is due to secure booking. An additional @200.00 returnable security deposit is required when checking in.

The best week ever! This is such a lovely peaceful location for a week's worth of rest and relaxation. Susan was a very kind and friendly hostess. I have never stayed at an Airbnb that was so well equipped, there was nothing we needed. The private beach is just steps from the cottage. There is a beautiful deck along the back to sit on and enjoy the sound of the water lapping on shore. I wanted to stay forever and definitely hope to come back next year.

This is our favourite place to go for a getaway close to home . Everything is well stocked and very accessible there is nothing you will need this year we had the pleasure to enjoy the shaded area on the back porch with new furniture it was beautiful decorated to match the cute little cottage they certainly put thought into this . We appreciate Susan for allowing us to use the cottage again for our getaway we look forward to it every year

What a serene and lovely place. The house was more than what was represented. We definitely got the week of rest and relaxation we had requested. It would be impossible to find a greater host than the wonderful proprietors.
The surroundings and neighborhood were ideal!
I didn't want to go, haha. I'll definitely make another reservation.

We can never give this cottage enough stars it was far better than an excellent rating , our stay was amazing , it was well stocked very comfy the view was all you could ever want in a perfect cottage .
Everything was perstige decor modern the kitchen was well stocked .
When they say bring your pillows and clothes literally that's all you need .
We will be returning next year for sure

Well equipped charming cottage. Loved the breeze off the lake and evening campfires on the beach, and waking to singing birds. BIG clean barbecue. In fact everything is clean and well kept. A great place to relax and have fun. All amenities close by in the charming town of Dunnville. I'll be back!
