It has everything you need for a great getaway. It is an amazing 1 acre of property with huge lake frontage, Yes it is right on the beach! 4 bedrooms, great living room with a stone fireplace, dining room sits 10 easily, breakfast nook overlooking the water, large screened in porch also with a fantastic view of Lake Winnipeg. In the large yard is also a fire pit with chairs surrounding for marshmallow roasts and late night stargazing.The property is located next to green-space, a park, sports court, and steps to the 4th ave pier.
Winnipeg Beach is a great place for families, with a day camp available for school age children, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, easy place to ride bikes, go for walks, ice cream shop, groceries right in town, even a few restaurants. And Gimli is only a 10 minute drive away if you want more restaurants, groceries and a pharmacy.
