A spacious 3 bedroom cottage situated 75 feet from a private beach on the beautiful Northumberland Strait in the small community of Belle River, PEI. Nestled at the end of Waterview Lane, the very private setting provides incredible views from every window. Enjoy warm summer breezes and drifting off to sleep at night to the sound of the waves on the shore.

Note: Belle Point Waterfront Cottage is located in Belle River Prince Edward Island, 5 minutes from the Wood Islands Ferry. In Belle River, take the Factory Road to Waterview Lane on the left. Follow the road to the end where you will find Belle Point Waterfront Cottage at 189 Waterview Lane. The cottage is 75 feet from it's own private beach on the beautiful Northumberland Strait. The private and quiet setting is perfect for any getaway.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund of deposit if cancellation is made 60 days prior to date of arrival.

What a FANTASTIC location! We stayed at Belle Point Waterfront Cottage for a week in August 2022, and loved every minute. The cottage itself is well appointed with everything you need, and the beach access is absolutely astounding. The property is at the end of the road, and as a result the beach is very private and HUGE. This is a great option for exploring the east side of PEI, but with a beach like this one at your door, you might not want to leave the cottage. Well worth it!
