Welcome to our beach-side cottage!! We are now taking reservations for Summer 2024!! The BergNest is a 1500 sqft all-season/ fully-furnished cottage on large private lot. A minute-walk from lake and and beautiful public sugar-sand beach. 2-vehicle parking at rear of cottage. Electric forced-air heating & air conditioning. Huge outdoor deck with access from veranda and master bedroom; great for afternoon lounging, barbecuing, and evenings under the stars! Cottage includes an indoor sunroom, large living room, kitchen complete with eating area, and three bedrooms, including a charming bunk-bed room for the kids. Plenty of spread-out space for everyone! Additional services (extra towels, laundry, meals, additional housekeeping, etc.) are available on an as-requested basis.

RATESRates are in Canadian dollars NOTES $2500 per week (excluding Christmas season, which is $5000 per week). Check-in Sunday after 3PM, check-out following Sunday before 10AM. Deposit is 50% upon booking, fully refundable up to two months prior to occupancy. Balance amount due one month prior to occupancy. Security deposit of $500, refundable immediately after departure date. Minimum stay is one-week. We thank you for your interest in our cottage, but we will only respond to requests that specify a 1-week (minimum) stay, and within our posted guest limits (6 maximum).
