Attached Screened in Gazebo Have fun on the water in our complimentary kayaks and paddle boat and canoe, life jackets provided Enjoy a bbq on the front deck (propane provided) while enjoying the river view. Have a camp fire (wood provided) Golf - Brudenell and Dundrave and biking trail 5 min away, Enjoy the peaceful river view of red soil, blue water and beautiful white birch trees from both decks front and side or from the 12 ft screened in gazebo; or from the hammocks. Take a walk on the river beach just steps away. (Bring beach shoes as there are shells on the beach) This cottage has two comfortable queen beds and a pull out queen sofa bed. It's super clean, fully equipped with all linens provided and all kitchen essentials including a dishwasher. Awesome water view (overlooking the beautiful Cardigan River), Our cozy cottage is nestled among beautiful white birch trees (that provide shade for those hot lazy, hazy days of summer), a few steps away is the salt water river beach, take a walk on the beach, or relax on beach chairs provided or spread your blanket on the sand. Enjoy the water view from either of the decks or from the screened in gazebo- lots of patio furniture and a propane BBQ. Roast marshmallows at the open pit camp fire (wood provided) or relax in the hammocks with your favorite book. 3 minutes away from World Class Brudenell and Dundrave Golf Courses and Resort and Confederation Trail, 15 minutes from fast food chains, fine dining, lobster suppers, supermarkets, shopping, craft shops, live theater, fishing, walking trail, biking, horseback riding, tennis, playground for children. 902-940-1483 (Pets please discuss with us)

| Arrived shortly after 3pm, Janie was there to greet us and welcome us to the cottage. Cottage was perfect location to view all the sites the East of PEI has to offer. It was well equipped and clean. Morning coffees sitting on the deck watching the water were just the relaxation we needed. We were able to find some lesser visited beaches and see some amazing sunsets. I would highly recommend a stay at this cottage, we didn't get to enjoy it enough since we had planned too much during our stay.

| Chalet très bien équipé, tout est très propre... même les VFI pour les kayaks, hamacs et coussins pour les chaises à l'extérieur.
La rivière est à proximité et permet d'agréables moments de détente sur la plage.

| "Brudenell on the River Cottage" was a wonderful scenic and peaceful spot to spend our 2 week vacation in PEI! The location was ideal as it was close to Georgetown & Montague as well as golf at Brudenell, Dundarave, and Crowbush Links. At the cottage we were able to take advantage of the available kayaks and launch right from the beach. The cottage was well-equipped even with its own large BBQ on the deck. Janie and her husband were wonderful hosts, helping us satisfy our seafood cravings and following up as to how we were doing. We would highly recommend this cottage!

| We LOVED this cottage! Our family vacation group of 5 (from Quebec + France) had an amazing, fun-filled week. The view of the water was peaceful and stunning, and we enjoyed many fine days of kayaking, beach time, BBQ, and evening fires. Owners are super friendly and helpful.

| Very comfortable 2 bedroom cottage with scenic views of the beach and Cardigan River. Quiet relaxing setting. We used the cottage as a base while we took daily bike rides on Eastern PEI roads and trails. We visited multiple lighthouses and beaches.
We kayaked from the property several times on the Cardigan River- We saw eagles, herons, gulls, seals, mussel operations from the kayaks. We tried several local pubs, restaurants, attended 2 concerts at the Georgetown playhouse and 1 show, Dear Rita at the Charlottetown festival. It was a fantastic week. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed. I swam from our beach and at a few of the Eastern beaches: Panmure Island and Basin Head. Owners are very helpful.
