| The Rice Lake cottage is likely the best cottage rental I have done in Ontario. The cottage is beautiful, with four available rooms and two sofa beds to provide friends and family with plenty of places to sleep as you join together to get some time on the lake. The entire cottage is super clean when you walk in. The kitchen is perfect for cooking in, and complementing your prep for BBQing on the back porch.
Where the cottage really shines though is the abundant space for enjoying the outdoors. On the back porch there is a covered patio, a huge amount of grass where we enjoyed Cornhole and Spikeball, a dock for swimming, and a floating dock for enjoying the lake even more. The boats are in great shape and let you explore the lake.
Finally, the host is responsive, polite, and provides you with the exact information to help you prepare for your trip. We have been making it a tradition to stay here each year because of how well the host treats us and maintains their property. Any questions you may have and they are available to help to make your stay more comfortable. Looking forward to our stay next year.

| Large property, excellent for a family vacation with adults and children, Lots of room inside and out of the cottage to use. Great Fishing and swimming from the dock. The cottage has everything you need to be comfortable while you stay, including a few extras like washer/dryer and dishwasher.
Beautiful sunsets and daily friendly visits from the hummingbirds, blue herring, & the loons.
Look forward to coming back in the future.

| We had a wonderful weekend stay at Brian's Cottages! The place was spotless and had everything we needed—from a well-equipped kitchen to a clean and functional washroom. The air conditioning kept us comfortable, and we absolutely loved the spacious and beautiful front yard, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Being right on the lake was a huge bonus—it made the whole experience peaceful and refreshing.
Brian was very responsive and easy to communicate with. He made the process smooth from start to finish, and our security deposit was refunded promptly.
We'll definitely be back again soon—highly recommend for a perfect lakeside getaway!

| What a wonderful place! We were a large group, different ages and everyone loved it. Lots of green space! The views are fantastic! Well equipped place and very clean! Brian is a wonderful host, very organized. Strongly recommend and will be back!

| Brian's cottage was perfect for our party of 10, 6 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room inside the cottage for everyone. The outside had lots of green space and trees which provided us with complete privacy . The only people we seen were those passing by on water crafts on the lake . The kids and big kids had lots of fun fishing and swimming . A big spacious deck allowed us all to BBQ and dine outside . The cottage itself is clean, has everything you need and enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Brian was so easy to deal with and very prompt in replying to any questions we had . We will definitely book again .
