Private/ Privacy Waterfront Cottage in a VERY PRIVATE SETTING with no close neighbours. Located in the Kawarthas on Rice Lake near Trent-Severn Waterway. The cottage is 1400 sq/ft and has been modernized while maintaining a great cozy cottage feel. Beautiful 1.5 acre maintained grounds with large mature trees and natural foliage is perfect for peaceful relaxation or outdoor play. Over 245 Feet of clean shoreline with a very wide and lengthy part of waterfront with a sandy bottom that goes from shallow to a gradual deepening much further out. It's perfect for small kids, non-swimmers as well as experienced swimmers. We are told time and time over that the pictures don't do the property and setting justice.

| Brian's cottage was perfect for our party of 10, 6 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room inside the cottage for everyone. The outside had lots of green space and trees which provided us with complete privacy . The only people we seen were those passing by on water crafts on the lake . The kids and big kids had lots of fun fishing and swimming . A big spacious deck allowed us all to BBQ and dine outside . The cottage itself is clean, has everything you need and enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Brian was so easy to deal with and very prompt in replying to any questions we had . We will definitely book again .

| What a great cottage! It's your private cottage oasis! The property is huge and you cannot see or hear neighbors. The waterfront has a sandy beach that is shallow entry. You get to see the sunset perfectly here while relaxing in the Muskoka chairs. The deck is large and there is nice outdoor table to enjoy meals with your group. The cottage itself is charming and the open space provides a great area to cook and share laughs with your group. Brian was an attentive and easy to communicate with during the booking process. I would definitely book here again.

| We were so lucky this cottage was available for last minute booking last weekend. It`s not easy to find a responsive owner and to book everything withing a week. Brian did a great job to provide with all infrmation we needed and to confirm all payments right away.
Cottage accomodates a group of 10 adults easily. It was a bit challenging with a water pressure (you are not able to use shower when cooking or doing dishes) but you can adjust to it for couple of days.
Kitchen and shower is fully equiped, you don`t have to be worry if forgot something.
We enjoyed big patio doing bbq, chilling next to firepit at night, swimming in the lake and crossing the lake using canoe and boat. Me and my family had so much fun hanging out together after quarantine.
We will definitely be back!

| This cottage was AMAZING. I rented it for myself and a large group of friends this past Canada Day long weekend and we had the most unreal time. The property manager was so nice and easy to communicate with-- everything was very well organized! Our questions leading up to check-in were answered promptly and the best interest of our group was kept in mind! We were given detailed instructions on how to use the facilities and what was expected of us at check-out...everything went so smoothly! The property is gorgeous, we had plenty of space and slept very comfortably. The water was warm and the dock was spacious as well. Evening fires and stargazing were unforgettable; this cottage felt like our own while we were there, very private and comfortable. I highly recommend this property for anyone who wants a nice getaway from the city with friends (like me!) or family...tons of space to play, cook, and relax! We will definitely return:)
