Thank you for your response. Upon arrival it is requested you contact the owner should you not find the cottage clean. It is the responsibility of renters to ensure it is left the way it was found. It is very difficult to find cleaning services in cottage country. The cottage is fully equipped and there is a coffee maker it was not located by the clients .
We are not obligated to provide fans however there is one fan available to renters. There was a problem with the water however we unfortunately were not notified the next renter notified us and the issue was addressed immediately.
We do our best to ensure all renters enjoy there stay at Great Family Get Away. It is best to address any issues while at the cottage not after.
