We have been going steady since mid-June and the Willow Bank cottage has been completely booked since then. Not a single night was left vacant from then to Thanksgiving. It can be a lot of work and attention to details. I am fortunate to have an excellent person doing the bulk of the cottage cleaning and the preparation work for all of the families and groups staying at the cottage. I oversee the change-over's between groups and also perform cottage maintenance. I take pride in delivering the highest degree of client service from the time of someone's first enquiry, through the booking process, a Guest's arrival and stay at the cottage and afterward, a follow-up to ensure that they enjoyed their stay. It makes me happy to know that our Guests have appreciated our work and have enjoyed their stay. The Willow Bank cottage is located in a very private and unique location on the water's edge of a sheltered bay of Lake Huron on the beautiful Northern Bruce Peninsula.
