| The stay and host was great. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to inquiries. Cottage was relatively clean and had enough room to store our items and 2 fridges which came in handy! There were 2 decks and 2 docks that we used every day. Cottage is located by falling water which brought tranquility and within 10 minutes walking distance of the grocery store and restaurants.
Loads of water activities were available including canoes and kayaks. The hill to get down to the water was a bit steep and could use stairs to make it easier to get up and down.
Overall, great stay amd would recommend!

| The cottage is just as advertised, right down to the slightly tilted floor in part of the home! I found a beer or 2 in me leveled everything out just fine. Absolutely fantastic spot in the Kawartha, perfect for swimming, boating, FISHING, and just plain kicking back to soak it all in.
The cottage was roomy, well equipped kitchen, and comfortable living room with reliable TV, internet and WIFI. We, of course, spent very little time in there, too beautiful outdoors. Boats and motor were provided free as advertised, a real plus.
And so much to do in the area! Go Karts, mini golf, the best curio shop I've seen in decades, Balsam Lake provincial park. Banks, Grocers, Timmies, beer and liquor, nothing more than 10 minutes away, most less than 5 minutes.
A truly wonderful choice for a holiday location and cottage, managed by a truly understanding and caring host Tomson. Every question answered promptly, every accommodation he could provide to improve your stay is granted.

| Just returned from a wonderful week at this cottage. It has a fully stocked kitchen, a great BBQ and has great swimming. Short walk to town and all neccessary amenities. Rented a pontoon boat from nearby marina and toured beautiful Lake Balsam.

| The cottage was clean when we arrived. It's very cozy. Lots of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond on questions I had regarding the cottage. He's very friendly and did his best to make our cottage week fun.
