| This was a fabulous place for our vacation with our family of 10 - 6 adults and 4 children. The cottage is fully equipped. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The fishing is great. We brought a small boat, kids kayaks and a canoe. They provide 3 kayaks and life jackets and a paddle boat. You would need water shoes to wade and swim but it didn't stop us from enjoying the lake. We heard loons and saw Bald Eagles. We had lovely evenings around the firepit. Thank you Maurina for being a great hostess.

| Me and my family had an amazing time staying at hemlock cottage. There were 3 kayaks and a paddle boat which were very nice and used the whole time. We had 10 people 6 adults and 4 children and there was more than enough place and places to sleep for everyone. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook with. The lake was very grassy I'd strongly suggest water shoes, the further you drive out the better it gets. The kids swam in the water no problem the adults stuck to the boats. The boys fished and had a great time. We stayed at the cottage the whole time never bored because there was lots to do. Town was only a 15 minute drive so that was nice for a few things we forgot. Overall the cottage was amazing and we will definitely be back.

| We had such a lovely visit at Hemlock Cottage. It was fully equipped with great kitchen amenities. We were 6 adults and 4 children. The lake toys - kayaks, paddleboat, noodles and floating tubes were all used and enjoyed. The two single beds (one main floor and one basement) were perfect for older kids. The two middle upstairs bedrooms were perfect for one of our families with young kids with the adjoining opening between bedrooms. We enjoyed dog walks along the cottage lanes and in evenings when we could, fires by the lake. Only a 20 minute drive into Digby for groceries, gas and a dinner out at the Wheelhouse. We would definitely return. Maurina was lovely to coordinate with and a wonderful host. Thank you Maurina!

| We were looking for a cottage in the Digby area that would our family accommodate and provide a home base for our explorations of this beautiful part of Nova Scotia. This cottage was a hit! It is very large, located on the water and not too far out of town. Our three children loved the available kayaks and pedal boat, the adults loved the quiet the surrounding area provided. Everything we could have needed was provided and the owner was very accommodating. If we decide to return to this area again we would not hesitate to look at renting this cottage again.

| Great place to get away and relax! Beautiful view of the lake and trees (we visited during a lovely sunny weekend in October). Quiet, peaceful and cottage is charming. Wonderful communication with owner, who has designed and outfitted cottage so thoughtfully!
