| We were looking for a cottage in the Digby area that would our family accommodate and provide a home base for our explorations of this beautiful part of Nova Scotia. This cottage was a hit! It is very large, located on the water and not too far out of town. Our three children loved the available kayaks and pedal boat, the adults loved the quiet the surrounding area provided. Everything we could have needed was provided and the owner was very accommodating. If we decide to return to this area again we would not hesitate to look at renting this cottage again.

| Great place to get away and relax! Beautiful view of the lake and trees (we visited during a lovely sunny weekend in October). Quiet, peaceful and cottage is charming. Wonderful communication with owner, who has designed and outfitted cottage so thoughtfully!

| We had a wonderful time with the family here. There were 10 of us, six adults and 4 kids, and there was lots of room, there was also lots of dishes utensils and everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed the lake a lot. I wish I would have read the rules better because I did not enjoy how much clean up was expected before you leave, my fault for not reading everything, but at least they check out wasn't until 1 so that helped

| A truly great escape from the busy world for our family get together. Great location, quiet and a modern home with every amenity including a heat pump and Wi-Fi. Ample space for our eight adults and our standard poodle. We'll sized BBQ, kayaks, outdoor area for evenings outside! We will be back!

| We had a wonderful time at Hemlock cottage. My whole family (8 adults) loved it. It was well equipped and loads of room for everyone. My sister & I swam everyday, but recommend water booties. My husband & son enjoyed kayaking and fishing. There was internet service and lots of programs on the TV. Big new BBQ worked great. Glad there was 2 fridges cause we filled both. We especially enjoyed watching all the birds from the decks. Lots of stores in Digby, only 15 min. away. Looking forward to coming back next year. Pat
