| We had an excellent week with our group here! The cottage was in a great location and the lake was small, but absolutely gorgeous. The cottage was well equipped with all the essentials you need for a week away. It had plenty of room to entertain our large group of people. Our only issue was it got quite hot upstairs in the cottage, however we happened to be there during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. A few extra fans and it cooled things down. Overall it was a great week and we will certainly look to return again.

| We stayed at Bay Lake Cottage July 20-27 2024. Nicole clearly communicated with us before, during and after our trip. This cottage is a lovely place to stay. It accommodated two families (4 adults and 4 kids) comfortably and provided a perfect space for our children to make cherished memories with their cousins. The cottage was clean, beds were comfortable and the water access was perfect for swimming and kayaking. It is close to Bancroft for groceries and other essentials. We really enjoyed our visit and may come again in the future. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us.

| This is our 2nd year of staying at this beautiful cottage. We very much enjoy the close proximity to Bancroft, everything you need cottage and the huge deck with fire pit (cut firewood provided) to enjoy after a day out in Bancroft and area. Nicole is an exceptional host and we recommend this cottage for your vacation in Bancroft!

| Nicole is a great host! She communicates really well. The cottage is large and spacious to handle all our family. And the property setting is beautiful. The lake is so lovely. It was nice to have the little beach across the street for the little ones as well.

| I would like to thank the host Nicole for having my family over at your cottage. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed their trip. We have been talking about the cottage till date. When we entered the cottage, we were mesmerized with the view from the kitchen to the deck outside, the property sits between two lakes, gorgeous. We stayed in for a week and is excellently maintained and just about everything possible has been thought of for the comfort, enjoyment, rest, relaxation, and recreation of the Renters. Our host Nicole was extremely helpful and for any question during our stay or earlier, she was quick to answer. We would encourage any Renter to go to this Cottage without any hesitations. We thank you Nicole as it is really a wonderful place anyone can thoroughly enjoy themselves.
Kudos Nicole!! This is a place worth it.
