Offering 3 night bookings for open weeks - inquire today! This luxury cottage has been renovated with beautiful design choices and high quality finishes. The open concept living room/ kitchen make it perfect for large families to come and spend some quality time together. South facing, this cottage has the sun all day long!

Our cottage waterfront is on a quiet, boutique lake just outside Bancroft. To preserve the beauty and peacefulness of this area, only small motor or non-motorized water craft are permitted. The limestone base contributes to great water quality and spectacular colours. Enjoy fishing for bass.
TAIT LAKE
Boating enthusiasts will appreciate our cottage's proximity to a larger lake that allows motorized watercraft. Tait Lake is steps away from the front of our cottage. Enjoy the view or take advantage of the Tait Lake public boat launch across the road

Refundable Security Deposit - CAD$500.00 Cancellation Policy Cancellation Policy by Agency - If the cottage is struck by disaster prior to the start date, then the contract will be null and void and payments refunded. Cancellation Policy by Guest - Guest may cancel the agreement in writing no later than 90 days prior to the start of the rental period and the deposit will be returned. If the Guest cancels the agreement any time after the 90 day period, the deposit will be forfeited. Deposit Policy Deposit amount sent with agreement. Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival along with the security deposit. If we have not received the balance at least 30 days prior to the rental, Bay Lake Cottages is entitled to treat the booking as cancelled as per below. Bay Lake Cottages is entitled to treat the booking of any Guest as cancelled in the event that: a) the Guest gives written notification of cancellation within the period specified above; b) the Guest fails to pay the balance of rent by the time specified above. | We stayed at Bay Lake Cottage July 20-27 2024. Nicole clearly communicated with us before, during and after our trip. This cottage is a lovely place to stay. It accommodated two families (4 adults and 4 kids) comfortably and provided a perfect space for our children to make cherished memories with their cousins. The cottage was clean, beds were comfortable and the water access was perfect for swimming and kayaking. It is close to Bancroft for groceries and other essentials. We really enjoyed our visit and may come again in the future. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us.

| This is our 2nd year of staying at this beautiful cottage. We very much enjoy the close proximity to Bancroft, everything you need cottage and the huge deck with fire pit (cut firewood provided) to enjoy after a day out in Bancroft and area. Nicole is an exceptional host and we recommend this cottage for your vacation in Bancroft!

| Nicole is a great host! She communicates really well. The cottage is large and spacious to handle all our family. And the property setting is beautiful. The lake is so lovely. It was nice to have the little beach across the street for the little ones as well.

| I would like to thank the host Nicole for having my family over at your cottage. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed their trip. We have been talking about the cottage till date. When we entered the cottage, we were mesmerized with the view from the kitchen to the deck outside, the property sits between two lakes, gorgeous. We stayed in for a week and is excellently maintained and just about everything possible has been thought of for the comfort, enjoyment, rest, relaxation, and recreation of the Renters. Our host Nicole was extremely helpful and for any question during our stay or earlier, she was quick to answer. We would encourage any Renter to go to this Cottage without any hesitations. We thank you Nicole as it is really a wonderful place anyone can thoroughly enjoy themselves.
Kudos Nicole!! This is a place worth it.

| Had a wonderful stay at this cottage. Our family of 7 had ample room for everyone and the cottage was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The lake was very quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed using the included canoe, kayaks and paddle board.
Shopping for groceries and anything else we might need was only a 10 min car ride away.
The fire pit was used nightly and lots of wood was provided. Board games helped during rainy days.
Nicole our host was lovely to deal with and answered all emails in a timely manner.
All in all a great stay, would highly recommend.
