| This is a great spot, a hidden gem of sorts! I found this spot a few years ago with friends, and we have returned annually for a week each summer - with more kids joining us each year. This was my first year interacting with Scott, as the primary contact for the booking and he made the whole process easy and smooth. As a group we love this spot, because there are enough beds for everyone and the waterfront/beach has been particularly great for little kids to stand and play in. We love that the kitchen opens to a larger dinning room table (to seat larger groups comfortably) and living room, this accommodated all the different ages and stages of people. Kids can be up early watching tv, someone can be cooking, others can be sleeping in, with plenty of room to cozy up outside or inside and read or drink a coffee. It is a lovely spot, with beautiful outdoor scenery and a great lake to swim in plus some boating options (kayak, canoe, paddle board). Highly recommend for a group of friends or a couple families to stay!

| I would certainly recommend this cottage for a great getaway.
We enjoyed a three-generation, 10 person, special-birthday weekend celebration in its spacious and welcoming atmosphere.
There are plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and lounging spaces, which allowed everyone to “do their own thing” without feeling crowded.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare even the most demanding menus, the games room is well equipped and there is a good selection of watercraft.
The very detailed listing is accurate and the cottage interior is even more inviting than the photos show.
Looking west over a wide bay of Mazinaw Lake, the property is beautifully located and is easily accessed without the need to meander down a long dirt road.
I must also mention that the owner, Scott, is super helpful and readily available.

| This cottage was perfect. We've been renting for decades...maybe 20 different cottages, and this was our favourite. It was very clean and well equipped. We love swimming, and the lake was clean, weed free, a sandy bottom and excellent for swimming. You can walk in from the beach gradually, so a great way for kids to enter the water. They had canoes, kayaks, a floating dock and paddleboards to use. Lots of outdoor seating options. The area around had many options for activities like going to Bon Echo Park for a canoe, seeing the petroglyphs and jumping off rocks...which we thoroughly enjoyed. There's a fire pit, a ping pong table, 2 beautiful hammocks, and lots of games to name just a few of the activities they offer. The owners had great communication and seemed very relaxed...like the casual atmosphere of the cottage...which we really appreciated. They were extremely accommodating. We highly recommend this place, especially for a family.

| I highly recommend this cottage!
My family and I rented the cottage for a week and really enjoyed the stay. A cabin like feel but with all the amenities of air conditioning, flush toilets, showers, a beautiful kitchen and a TV to watch movies in the evenings.
The outdoors is even more beautiful with sitting areas in the shade and a beautiful dock with a sandy beach entry, great for young kids to walk into and wade in. With the sun setting on the opposite side of the lake in the evenings you get the advantage of some shade in the morning and the ability to swim in the sun later into the evening.
Renting and communication with the owner (Scott) was great with quick responses to questions and easy check-in and check out process.
I have been going up to Mazinaw with the family for the past 10 years and have stayed at a lot of different locations around the lake and within the park. This was by far the best. I look forward to renting again and highly recommend.

| I would recommend this place to anyone for a beautiful getaway. This was my second time coming to this amazing cottage. I loved my first visit, and I'm so happy I came back for a second time. We only stayed the weekend, but I wish we could have spent an entire week. It's an amazing place for outdoor activities, all of us were able to go in kayaks, paddle boards and canoes for a little adventure on Mazinaw Lake. Just sitting on the dock and looking at the lake is a beauty in itself. It didn't matter if the day was rainy or cloudy because there is also tons of things to do indoors. We played pool, ping pong, darts, board games, etc.. The inside of the cottage is well taken care of, the decorations make the cottage feel warm and cozy. The rooms are gorgeous as well and convenient for large groups of people, we were 10 and there are plenty of beds to sleep comfortably. It is so easy to relax with all the comfy furniture. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Really handy to have a dishwasher as well. Check in and check out instructions were easy to follow. We arranged everything with Scott who was very attentive to our needs and was able to accomodate an earlier check-in time to enjoy the cottage as much as possible. Thank you so much Scott for making our stay at your cottage so enjoyable!
