| Fantastic week at this cottage. Location can't be beat. you can hear the waves from the bedroom. Amenities are great, cottage just as shown in the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. Rick is an excellent and helpful host. Will definately recommend this cottage and will be returning.

| Can't beat the location of this cottage - overall it is a great beach house!
It's well appointed and the beds are comfortable. Big clean fridge. And the dishwasher is a plus!
The sunsets are incredible and our favourite moments were enjoyed on the back patio before roasting smores over a fire in the front yard.
Given that Sauble was very busy on the weekend (we were there for Canada Day weekend) it's amazing to be 200 steps away (I counted) so that you can secure a great spot and have the convenience of everything you need for the beach within arms' reach.
Would recommend staying here and the host was helpful and available as we needed (i.e. forgot some items on departure) :)

| We had an amazing time at Rick's cottage. Location was perfect; the best part of the beach is right around the corner. Cottage is clean, well appointed and comfortable. The back deck is fantastic and I admit we spent a great deal of time out there chatting and listening to the lake. I even setup my laptop and did some work outside when needed (WiFi is good). About a 10-15 minute walk to get to the central part of Sauble Beach so far enough away to enjoy a peaceful retreat. But close enough to get a great burger and do some shopping. We definitely plan to book again next year!

| We arrived at the cottage and was met by Rick, he showed us around the place and it was everything he said it was. The cottage was clean and tidy, was stocked with all the essentials ie dishes, glasses, cutlery etc. The location is perfect as it is about a 10 min walk from the strip so not far but not close that you would hear any noise. It was peaceful! The beach is literally around the corner and was so beautiful! We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone! Rick was a pleasure to deal with and if you needed anything he was very accessible! Thank you Rick we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Hope to come back next summer!

| Cottage is clean, spacious and up to date. The waterfront location is ideal for proximity to both the beach and downtown shops/restaurants. The owner, Rick, was a very gracious and accommodating host. Will definitely be back next year.

It does make a difference for us because we can use the cleaning time to bring the cottage to a superior state of cleanliness. We bought this cottage this year mostly because the location: 1 km from the shopping/restaurants hub and 50 meters from the beach. Being able to see and hear the lake waves all day long from the cottage it is magnificent. In order to bring this property to our standards and offer the best vacation experience to our guests the cottage will have complete renovations over the winter.
