| Although we had to cancel our stay at the Lakeview cottage, Rick was a pleasure to deal with and honoured the contract cancellation policy without an issues. Our cancellation was handled professionally, respectfully and efficiently with our deposit being returned within 24 hours. It would be a pleasure to deal with Rick again.

| Myself, my two kids and my parents have stayed at this cottage two years in a row. It is wonderful! We love it here. Just steps from the beach. Close enough to hear the waves at night as you sit around a backyard campfire. The beds are super comfortable, I think we all slept better here than we do at home. The cottage is very clean and equipped with everything you need. The dishwasher is a major plus! Absolutely anything we needed, Rick was super responsive and right there to answer a question or bring something! I highly recommend this beautiful place. Ample outdoor (and indoor) seating. Two choices of BBQs. Great parking on both sides. Nice huge TV with Netflix, Disney plus, YouTube, etc. We love it here, thanks for everything Rick and family!

| Hi,
My family of four stayed here in July 2025. The cottage was as the pictures show, and was equipped well enough for a family of four. The highlight of this cottage is it's proximity to the beach. Literally less than a minute and your at the beach. My family had a great time! And thanks to the owner Rick, who sent us my daughter's cell phone after it had fallen onto the driveway when we were leaving the cottage.

| Fantastic week at this cottage. Location can't be beat. you can hear the waves from the bedroom. Amenities are great, cottage just as shown in the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. Rick is an excellent and helpful host. Will definately recommend this cottage and will be returning.
