Welcome to our Newly renovated Sauble Beach Lakeview Cottage! The minute you walk in the door you will be glad that you came to the Lakeview Cottage! Picture long days spent on the nearby world renowned Sauble Beach followed by cocktails on the back deck while something tasty is cooking on the BBQ! This is a fully renovated, clean cottage (2019-2020). The cottage has all of the amenities necessary for a wonderful vacation: a nice kitchen with plenty of working area, one full bathroom with a shower, 3 very cozy bedrooms with large beds, and a spacious living room from where you can see, hear, smell and feel the clean and pristine lake breeze. How about a movie night? The cottage has a flat screen TV. Bring your NEFLIX code please. There is free high speed fiber optic WIFI included. Ideally located just steps from the beach, the cottage is also within a healthy walking distance of the Main Street in Sauble Beach with its many restaurants, pubs and boutiques, bakery at the end of the street (as well as art, fashion, sports stores, ice cream and other interesting shops). | Rick was a pleasure to work with! He was very responsive and returned the deposit very quickly! We loved the cottage! The A/C was great, there were ceiling fans in each room to keep the cool air moving. The Kitchen is well equipped. All the beds were comfortable. We used the firepit out front throughout our stay. There are 2 BBQs and all the tools. They both looked in great shape. We didnt use them, but I wouldn't hesitate to in future. The location is unreal. 5 minutes walking to the beach and a reasonable walk to the main strip for our favourite takeaway coffee and bakery each morning. We absolutely recommend this cottage and we would love to return next year!

| Perfect vacation! This is the best cottage we ever stayed at.
The cottage is very well renovated, with large, bright rooms, (where we slept like a log), a beautiful living/dining area with a large TV and high speed internet. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and kitchenware you may need, and you also have a good BBQ on the front terrace which we used a few times during our stay. The cottage has 4 different sitting areas outside, each one accommodating 6 people. A fire pit with 6 chairs around it in front of the cottage, another area in the back yard and 2 more patios in the back, each one with a table and 6 chairs. I totally loved the covered back patio with a beautiful skylight and views of the lake. Location is very convenient: second row of houses from the beach and 10 mins walking to downtown where you have all the restaurants and patios. There is also an Independent grocery store where you can buy everything you may need to prepare your own food. Rick and Carmen were very kind to tell us about different points of interest around the area. We visited Sauble Falls, Wiarton Willie and Earth Bound Gardens on a one day driving trip. There is also a vintage car show in Sauble Beach every Tuesday during the season.

| Although we had to cancel our stay at the Lakeview cottage, Rick was a pleasure to deal with and honoured the contract cancellation policy without an issues. Our cancellation was handled professionally, respectfully and efficiently with our deposit being returned within 24 hours. It would be a pleasure to deal with Rick again.

| Myself, my two kids and my parents have stayed at this cottage two years in a row. It is wonderful! We love it here. Just steps from the beach. Close enough to hear the waves at night as you sit around a backyard campfire. The beds are super comfortable, I think we all slept better here than we do at home. The cottage is very clean and equipped with everything you need. The dishwasher is a major plus! Absolutely anything we needed, Rick was super responsive and right there to answer a question or bring something! I highly recommend this beautiful place. Ample outdoor (and indoor) seating. Two choices of BBQs. Great parking on both sides. Nice huge TV with Netflix, Disney plus, YouTube, etc. We love it here, thanks for everything Rick and family!

| Hi,
My family of four stayed here in July 2025. The cottage was as the pictures show, and was equipped well enough for a family of four. The highlight of this cottage is it's proximity to the beach. Literally less than a minute and your at the beach. My family had a great time! And thanks to the owner Rick, who sent us my daughter's cell phone after it had fallen onto the driveway when we were leaving the cottage.
