Welcome to our Newly renovated Sauble Beach Lakeview Cottage! The minute you walk in the door you will be glad that you came to the Lakeview Cottage! Picture long days spent on the nearby world renowned Sauble Beach followed by cocktails on the back deck while something tasty is cooking on the BBQ!

This is a fully renovated, clean cottage (2019-2020). The cottage has all of the amenities necessary for a wonderful vacation: a nice kitchen with plenty of working area, one full bathroom with a shower, 3 very cozy bedrooms with large beds, and a spacious living room from where you can see, hear, smell and feel the clean and pristine lake breeze. How about a movie night? The cottage has a flat screen TV and NEFLIX. There is free high speed fiber optic WIFI included.

Ideally located just steps from the beach, the cottage is also within a healthy walking distance of the Main Street in Sauble Beach with its many restaurants, pubs and boutiques, bakery at the end of the street (as well as art, fashion, sports stores, ice cream and other interesting shops).

Don't wait too long to book! Your holiday time for 2024 is probably still available! This is a completely renovated cottage with a view of the lake and 2 min walking distance to the beach.

Fantastic week at this cottage. Location can't be beat. you can hear the waves from the bedroom. Amenities are great, cottage just as shown in the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. Rick is an excellent and helpful host. Will definately recommend this cottage and will be returning.

Can't beat the location of this cottage - overall it is a great beach house!
It's well appointed and the beds are comfortable. Big clean fridge. And the dishwasher is a plus!
The sunsets are incredible and our favourite moments were enjoyed on the back patio before roasting smores over a fire in the front yard.
Given that Sauble was very busy on the weekend (we were there for Canada Day weekend) it's amazing to be 200 steps away (I counted) so that you can secure a great spot and have the convenience of everything you need for the beach within arms' reach.
Would recommend staying here and the host was helpful and available as we needed (i.e. forgot some items on departure) :)

We had an amazing time at Rick's cottage. Location was perfect; the best part of the beach is right around the corner. Cottage is clean, well appointed and comfortable. The back deck is fantastic and I admit we spent a great deal of time out there chatting and listening to the lake. I even setup my laptop and did some work outside when needed (WiFi is good). About a 10-15 minute walk to get to the central part of Sauble Beach so far enough away to enjoy a peaceful retreat. But close enough to get a great burger and do some shopping. We definitely plan to book again next year!

We arrived at the cottage and was met by Rick, he showed us around the place and it was everything he said it was. The cottage was clean and tidy, was stocked with all the essentials ie dishes, glasses, cutlery etc. The location is perfect as it is about a 10 min walk from the strip so not far but not close that you would hear any noise. It was peaceful! The beach is literally around the corner and was so beautiful! We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone! Rick was a pleasure to deal with and if you needed anything he was very accessible! Thank you Rick we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Hope to come back next summer!
