| The cottage is ideally located within Haliburton Forest, close to the Wolf Sanctuary, Haliburton Forest cottage camping areas, the wildlife reserve and the astronomy center. Located on a calm, peaceful lake, the property offers excellent water access and a quiet, relaxing setting. Guests can easily enjoy activities such as canoeing and paddle boarding right from the cottage's dock.
The cottage itself is well equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, while its modern finishes provide a fresh, inviting atmosphere.

| This property is fabulous and exactly as advertised. Our family of 6, including 2 toddler grandchildren, stayed here for a week in July of 2023. The cottage is very spacious, extremely well appointed, with a monster deck overlooking the property and waterfront. Swimming is both adult and kid friendly with deep water at the end of the dock and a shallow sandy bottom area for the kids. It checks off all the boxes! I'd highly recommend this property to anybody in the market for a relaxing family vacation at the cottage.

| Just had an amazing week at this cottage with my family, building memories that will last us a lifetime! The pictures of the cottage and property do not make it justice. It's so comfortable with all the amenities and privacy you will ever need for you and your whole family. We took full advantage of all the outdoor space and activities: kayaking, canoeing, swimming, fishing, two fire pits, napping in 3 different hammock options, hiking in the woods on the property etc. And on rainy days, this cottage had a lot to keep us busy: Ping pong, gaming in the loft or in the Haliburton room, and two large TVs to watch shows/movies. The cottage is beautifully designed and has a great flow to it. The bedrooms are super comfortable with plenty of space. For those who like to cook large family meals, the kitchen is excellently equipped and they have a top notch BBQ. Like I said, we had a fantastic week at this cottage and I highly recommend it.

| This rental comes with a big WOW! Quiet, spacious and clean. Two huge areas for relaxing and watching TV. Enjoying a game or two in a loft games room area or downstairs playing ping pong.
Relaxing on the upstairs deck or on the deck down by the water. We went canoeing and kayaking and were able to explore a series of lakes. Then at night sitting around the fire or watching the night sky down by the water. It was a fabulous getaway and would love to return next year.

| What a place! Our stay at Pelaw Cottage was amazing. Plenty of room for our two families and lots to do for our young kids. The cottage is filled with fun activities to do. Our kids loved swimming in the shallow area and feeding the ducks. The views from both the balcony and especially from the muskoka chairs on the dock were picturesque. Darryl was a fantastic host. Answered all inquiries promptly. Would definitely recommend this property.
