Gotta love a lakeside cottage getaway with an amazing dock, clean lake, sandy beach and ladder ball ! The beach doubles as the entry way for canoes and kayaks (provided). Our grounds are approximately two acres set in a forest for a private and natural setting. The Haliburton Forest is our backyard and features amazing day trips to see live wolves, hiking and even tree top trekking.
Pelaw lake offers private clear and clean waters for safe swimming, kayaking and canoeing.
Woodburning Fireplaces & great outdoor Fire Pits

Sharing ghost stories is best done in front of the fire light. Gather around one of our 2 outdoor fire pits. One is just in eyeshot of the upper deck and the second is right by the lake.
The middle of the cottage has an efficient wood burning stove for those cooler nights and to create atmosphere. Wood is available to purchase at reasonable rates.

Haliburton room - Want to enjoy the outside but not the bugs, our screened-in Haliburton room provides a breezy and cozy space for you, family and friends. A walkout directly to the elevated deck and directly propane bbq, make this Haliburton room a popular place all day and night long.
The Lower level - Ready for fun and a great way to separate kids from adults :) A new full size ping pong table, professional dart board, large screen smart tv and kick ass stereo. The lower level also features a direct walkout to firepit and lake.
The Loft - The loft is a games room full of copious board games and even a work desk for those inclined to work while at the cottage. A cozy nook to create a book, take a nap.
Lots of Space (Sleeps 12 - in beds) - Inside is a spacious and open plan to maximize sociability. All levels flow into each other nicely. 3 bedrooms are on the main floor featuring a king bed, and a double bed in each other room. The lower level has 2 additional bedrooms with a queen bed in one and 2 bunk beds in another (sleeps 4). A full bathroom is featured on each floor. Tub is available on the main floor and the lower level bathroom comes complete a stand up shower and even a with washer and dryer.
