| We stayed at the cottage for a week and had a wonderful time. It was incredibly quiet, and the view of Lake Ontario was simply amazing. The large kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals.
The bedrooms were very comfortable, especially the one overlooking Lake Ontario, which offered beautiful views to wake up to each morning. (I would personally, cut the small bush tree in front to have a better view).
Sammy and Ryan were excellent hosts. They responded quickly to any questions we had and were very helpful whenever anything came up. The documentation provided was clear and made everything easy to understand.
We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this cottage. The only suggestions we had—which we've already shared with the owners—were to repair the patio door (they're currently having difficulty finding the necessary parts) and to make the outdoor table a bit sturdier.

It was truly our pleasure to host you, and we sincerely appreciate how well you took care of our home during your stay. Thank you as well for your constructive suggestions. Regarding the patio door, we have been working to repair it. Unfortunately, we are still having difficulty finding the exact lock model that matches the existing patio door, which has delayed the repair. Please rest assured that this remains a high priority for us, and we will fix it as soon as we are able to source the correct replacement part. We have also added the outdoor patio table to our improvement list and plan to address it after this year's high season. Thank you again for your valuable feedback and recommendation. | Le chalet sur le bord du lac Ontario était paisible dans un grand rond point très calme. Les enfants ont pu jouer dehors et s'amuser sur la rive sans stress. On entend le bruit des vagues qui calment. Les propriétaires sont vraiment à l'écoute et nous ont aidé à notre arrivée. A recommander pour un séjour relaxant !

| Cozy,clean, comfortable cottage by the water. Enjoyed our early mornings: listening to the waves and having a cup of tea sitting on our adirondack chairs.
Hosts are reponsive to any emails, and are very nice to deal with.
This was our first stay, looking forward to next summer!

| Second stay at the The waves beach house but with new ownership. Quick answer and all the necessary information provided, and special attention for our children was welcoming us when we arrived.
We
The house is in excellent condition and very clean upon arrival. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything is in good condition. Recycling, composting and trash are very easy since everything is already organized. We built memories with the kids with the firepit on the shore: fire, water with the reflection of the moon and sound of waves all in one was magical. We liked to sleep with the waves sound.
It is well situated at 5 minutes from Presqu'île Park (don't forget to reserve your stay in advance).
We are considering a 3rd stay. Thanks so much for this wonderful vacation.
