| I chose this cottage mainly because of the reviews, and let me just say, they did not disappoint. In fact, everything was way better than anything said and shown on here.
The pictures, do not do the cottage justice. It looks amazing inside and out, with everything you need. And I do mean everything.
Beds are super comfy and fun for the kids. ( they loved having their own bunk bed). Plenty of space anywhere around the cottage to just sit and relax or read a book.
There are so many board games, we had a hard time choosing.
The kitchen is stocked and equiped with all the cookware and dishes you need.
All you need to bring is clothes and groceries. Also, many many DVDs downstairs to choose from.
The hot tub was amazing especially in the winter time.
Steve was so friendly and helpful, I am so happy we decided to rent this cottage. Definitely going back in the summer time to enjoy the river. Overall stay was incredible, the kids and adults loved it, but 2 nights were not enough!

| We had a wonderful stay at the river house! Roseanne and Steve were incredible hosts and were warm and very responsive and helpful. The cottage was beautiful, clean and well equipped. The Sandy beach and shallow waterfront were perfect for our young kids! We enjoyed all of the waterfront activities provided and were very comfortable overall. The cottage is located on a quiet street and we enjoyed watching the boats go by on the river. We were two families with young children and found it to be very kid friendly.

| We can not say enough good things about Gatherings River House. We (father, sister and us) have just spent a week enjoying the cottage and all that it offers. It is extremely well appointed, very clean and Rosanne and Steve could not be nicer. They were very prompt to answer any questions that were directed their way. It has plenty of watercraft to enjoy this beautiful piece of the river, and outdoor games too. And the amount of board games, puzzles, and DVD's for kids and adults, was unbelievable. We have been renting cottages for many years and this is the first time we have had this much choice! The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was truly a delight! Please do not hesitate to book this cottage for your holiday needs!!

| Amazing place to enjoy and relax!! I just got back from a stay at Gatherings River House and it was truly an amazing week! I went up with 3 generations (my family, sisters family and grandparents). There was something for everyone to enjoy! We were immediately impressed with how beautiful and clean the cottage was. The beds were super comfortable everyone got a good nights sleep! Kitchen was amazing with everything you will need. I have been renting for over 10 years now and this is the first cottage that had it all! Outside the grounds are beautiful, truly a place to sit back and enjoy! Cottage also comes equipped with all that you need to have some water fun! Couldn't get my kids off the kayak's! The owners Rosanne and Steve are wonderful and attentive! Couldn't believe how fast they responded to any questions we had and made booking super easy. Guaranteed a cottage I will be renting again :)

| We highly recommend this clean and well maintained cottage with an easy check-in and check-out process. There are plenty of kitchen utensils, plates and pots and comfortable sleeping arrangements.
One of the most defining features of this cottage is the beautiful scenic view from the large deck.
The cottage Host is super accommodating and responded to any inquiries with immediate and helpful responses which made our stay extra special.
We enjoyed our stay and definitely want to visit this wonderful place again!
