| Our family spent a week in this wonderful cottage. The 2 big windows provide amusing view to the lake. Even on a rainy day, I could just sit on the couch and look outside and forget about everything. It also has a couch outside. It is facing the sun in the morning, perfect for a morning coffee.
The cottage is fully equipped, even more than I expected. It is very clean and everything is in great condition. We always book waterfront cottage because we love to play/stay in the water. We spent so much time on the deck fishing and boating on the lake. My son loves the long floating pad. The water is clean and deep. There is no shadow entry in case soneone need it. We also like the fire pit. We can bbq marshmallow and facing the lake at night and watch the fireflies around us. We had been to many cottages before and this is the first one that provides woods for it.
Lisa is a great host. She was there when we arrived and show us around the cottage. and thank you for the treats, our kids loves it.

| My family and I enjoyed a wonderful week at the cottage. It was clean, kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need and the deck is nice and welcoming with multiple areas to sit back and relax and enjoy the view of the lake. The lake was clean and refreshing to swim in. We enjoyed fishing and using the kayaks, SUP, and canoe. The cottage has a good selection of games which we enjoyed playing. Its located close to a few towns and Kingston is only 45 mis away which makes for a good day trip if you've never been. The owner, Lisa, was great to deal with throughout the entire process from booking, to answering questions and even greeted us at the cottage for a quick tour. The basket of treats was a nice touch. We'll definitely be back again!

| The Positives:
- road to the cottage was in excellent shape.
-supply of games and movies
-owner met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the cottage.
- very clean and in good condition
-drop off spot for garbage so you don't have to cart it home.
- well equipped kitchen .
-many hooks and hanging spots for things, something that was definitely lacking in many cottages that we have rented.
-There were several extras that were appreciated....a snack package and several "in case you forgot packages"....thoughtful added touches.
-wildlife at the dock.....eagle, otter, birds etc..
-owner was friendly, quick to reply/answer questions/refund security deposit etc...She even checked in with us during the week to make sure all was good.
The Possible Negatives:
- if you have mobility issue the over 50 steps to the lake might be an issue.
-one neighbor's cottage is very close and two other docks(one if front not shown in pics) are very close to this cottages dock so if hearing the neighbors conversations is an issue then this might not be the right spot for you.
If the 2 possible negatives are not an issue for you then I highly recommend this cottage.

| Great spot on the water, beautiful views and relaxing atmosphere. Comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen. We had everything we needed to enjoy our week.

| This was an ideal holiday spot: quiet, peaceful, and great swimming, kayaking, and canoeing. The calm water was also really good for novice paddle boarders. The cottage was bright and cheery with lots of room for our family of four, with great beds and a very well-equipped kitchen. The living room was very cozy for cool, rainy nights. The lot is also large and seemed quite secluded.
