| Me and my friends idea of a good time is staying in a nice place to relax, stay indoors, eat good food, and play some games together. A lot of the reviews for this cottage highlight the outdoor experience, but I cannot stress enough how good the indoor experience was. This cottage was perfect for that, it was so clean and cozy, with a lot of means for entertainment, especially if you're willing to bring some of your own. Along with full access to a grill, it was genuinly worth every penny. Spots like this are perfect if you're like us, a group of mates wanting to spend a week just chilling with each other. Also, despite going at a somwhat unorthadox time (mid-October), it was not too chilly, and we had some great outdoor experiences Kayaking and Canoeing on the warmer days. On top of all that, the owners were very cordial and quick to respond to inquiries both prior and during the trip, and everything was as advertised.
All-in-all, a fantastic experience, and I only hope future trips are as good as this one was.

| Casa Del Rio saved our girls weekend. The owners are quick and clear with communication. The cottage is clean, cozy, with a really cool game room in the basement. On a beautiful river, you can take a short walk up the road to a beautiful waterfall and then float back down the river to the cottage! An amazing place!

| Our group of friends thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Casa Del Rio cottage. The owners have set up a very fun place!
We enjoyed playing ping pong and foosball in the cottage basement, taking the kayaks and boats up the river to the lower Cordova Falls to swim, sitting by a campfire in the evening, eating all our meals on the patio, going for a run to the upper Cordova Falls, and more!
The cottage location is very serene and quiet, and was also a great place to relax. I think a few of us ended up napping in the hammocks in the sun :)
Overall, a fantastic weekend vacation!

| Fantastic cottage! Very clean, organize, comfortable. Moreover, owner provides clean life jacket, paddle boat, canon, boat, kayak for water activities. We have spent lots of time outdoors in the cottage, so enjoy able!
Thank you for providing such a wonderful cottage for my family and friends to get together in the summer. Will definitely come back!

| I brought my family for a weekend stay at the cottage and it did not disappoint. The draw to this cottage is the waterfront in front of the cottage where there are large sections of shallow water safe for children to play. My grandkids had their first fishing experience and they were able to catch bluegills and smallmouth bass on their first try just by the dock on shallow water. They wanted to do it again the next morning and had an even better catch. I tried the kayak for the first time and had a great time with the calm waters (life vests were supplied). My son-in-law took the paddle boat with the grandkids while we relaxed on the hammock. There was also a canoe available to use. Everyone enjoyed the activities around the firepit at night roasting marshmallows and making smores. Indoor entertainment is awesome with the 70 inch TV and supplied movies on blue-ray. A ping pong table and a foosball table kept everyone entertained. Hiking trails to scenic rock waterfalls were relaxing. Loved the new kitchen and dining area. Cooking and serving utensils were supplied. Outdoor cooking with the supplied gas bbq and range were provided on a covered gazebo so no sleet or rain can stop us from cooking outdoors. The outdoor dining area was also under a gazebo (there were 2 of them). If you forget anything else, a 5 minute drive to Sam's general store has the solution, including worms for fishing. Would definitely comeback again to build more memories with the family.
