Maison de vacances tranquille au bord du lac disponible à louer à Maberly, ON. Tarifs à la semaine du samedi au samedi. Cette maison de 3 chambres et 1 salle de bain avec plan d'étage ouvert peut accueillir 4/ 5 personnes (1 lit Queen, 1 lit double). (Troisième chambre verrouillée pour notre rangement) Parfait pour les familles ou les escapades en couple. Foyer au gaz. Salon, salle à manger et cuisine à aire ouverte. Superbe véranda avec de hauts plafonds, une porte donnant sur le pont et de grandes fenêtres et des canapés confortables pour regarder la télévision. Salle de bain complète avec buanderie. Enveloppe massive autour du pont où vous pourrez profiter de la vue sur le lac et du barbecue. Gazebo couvert de 10 pieds (pas en hiver) Calme, paisible et privé. Foyer où vous pourrez profiter du beau ciel d'été. Si les routes sont enneigées, vous aurez besoin de pneus d'hiver et de traction intégrale.PAS de Wi-Fi hors saison. Non fumer à l'intérieur.

Du samedi au samedi. Acompte de 50%. Reste payable à l'arrivée. Dépôt de garantie de 350 $ remboursable dans les 4-5 jours suivant le départ. Hors saison avril au 31 mai semaine 1500$. Haute saison de juin à septembre 1950$ la semaine.

| Lovely cottage, very clean and well stocked. Carrie immediately responsive to any queries, easy access road and good walking. Quiet and restful. Easy water access, and our pup enamoured with the lake - we could have spent all and every minute on the dock if she had her wish! My only negative is that the water is a little too weedy for me - but I have never been a big swimmer, and the dock and incredible sunsets are the best for me!

Since it's a natural lake, lily pads do pop up near the shore in the summer heat. We always recommend swimming right off the end of the dock, where the water is deeper and plant free. | Carrie was a great host, responding to all questions very quickly. The cottage was lovely, clean and comfortable, and check in and out was very smooth. No issues at all. The lake is beautiful and the view from the dock each evening, watching the sunset, was wonderful. I highly recommend this cottage!

| My wife and I just arrived home from a wonderful stay. Everything about the cottage is ideal, from the proximity to the water to the cozy and welcoming interior and the quiet surroundings. Perfect cottage experience. Highly recommended!

| Quiet and peaceful. Located on a small lake with no major boat traffic. An excellent location for an artist's retreat.
The cottage had everything to make our stay comfortable with the ability to drive right to the door for easy unloading of supplies. A beautiful wrap around deck with screened gazebo.
Swimming in a clean lake. Kayaking. Day trips to Westport and Perth and a lovely lunch at the nearby winery.
Carrie is by far one of the best hosts we have had the pleasure of dealing with. She is a clear and accessible communicator.
This is a gem!

| We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lakehouse on Little Silver Lake. The cottage is well equipped and very comfortable. There are several lovely spots to sit and enjoy the view. The lake is very quiet. Newly installed dock makes swimming excellent; path to the water a tad steep for seniors.
Carrie was easy to contact and very responsive. Overall, a great experience.
