September 5 to October 31 $1500 a week all in. Quiet and private well treed 1.5 acre lake front home for rent, on beautiful Little Silver Lake, ON. 150 feet of shoreline.This 3 bedroom, 1 bath home with open floor plan sleeps 4/ 5 (1 Queen, 1 double bed and 1 single pull out bed). (Third bedroom locked for our storage)Bedrooms and living spaces are larger in person. Perfect for families or couple getaways. Gas fireplace in the fall and winter months. Open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. Gorgeous sunroom with high ceilings, door to deck with big windows and comfortable couches to watch TV(ROKU Equipped for streaming your subscriptions) Full bathroom with laundry. Massive wrap around deck where you can enjoy the lake views and BBQ. 10-foot covered gazebo (not in winter) Quiet, peaceful and private.
If wine/vineyards/live music interests you, less than 3 km away is a beautiful new Vineyard/ Winery serving lunch and dinner. River House winery opened in May 2023 and is a must visit.
If roads are snow covered, you will need winter tires and AWD. NO Wi-Fi November 1 to April 30. No parties. No unauthorized Pets. No smoking inside. 20 min from Westport, 30 min from Perth, 1 hour 15 min from Ottawa, 1 hour 10 min from Kingston and 3.5 hours from Toronto

Saturday to Saturday. 50% deposit. Remainder payable upon check in. $500 security deposit refundable within 7 days of check out.
Off season November to May 31 $1450 CDN week.
Peak Season June to September 5th $1950 CDN week.
July and August bookings preference for minimum 7 night stays. All fees, cleaning and taxes included.
September to November 1st $1500 CDN Week

| Lovely cottage, very clean and well stocked. Carrie immediately responsive to any queries, easy access road and good walking. Quiet and restful. Easy water access, and our pup enamoured with the lake - we could have spent all and every minute on the dock if she had her wish! My only negative is that the water is a little too weedy for me - but I have never been a big swimmer, and the dock and incredible sunsets are the best for me!

| Carrie was a great host, responding to all questions very quickly. The cottage was lovely, clean and comfortable, and check in and out was very smooth. No issues at all. The lake is beautiful and the view from the dock each evening, watching the sunset, was wonderful. I highly recommend this cottage!

| Quiet and peaceful. Located on a small lake with no major boat traffic. An excellent location for an artist's retreat.
The cottage had everything to make our stay comfortable with the ability to drive right to the door for easy unloading of supplies. A beautiful wrap around deck with screened gazebo.
Swimming in a clean lake. Kayaking. Day trips to Westport and Perth and a lovely lunch at the nearby winery.
Carrie is by far one of the best hosts we have had the pleasure of dealing with. She is a clear and accessible communicator.
This is a gem!

| We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lakehouse on Little Silver Lake. The cottage is well equipped and very comfortable. There are several lovely spots to sit and enjoy the view. The lake is very quiet. Newly installed dock makes swimming excellent; path to the water a tad steep for seniors.
Carrie was easy to contact and very responsive. Overall, a great experience.
