Quiet and private well treed 1.5 acre lake front home for rent, on beautiful Little Silver Lake, ON. 150 feet of shoreline. Weekly rates Saturday to Saturday. This 3 bedroom, 1 bath home with open floor plan sleeps 4/ 5 (1 Queen, 1 double bed and 1 single pull out bed). (Third bedroom locked for our storage)Bedrooms and living spaces are larger in person. Perfect for families or couple getaways. Gas fireplace in the fall and winter months. Open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. Gorgeous sunroom with high ceilings, door to deck with big windows and comfortable couches to watch TV(ROKU Equipped for streaming your subscriptions) Full bathroom with laundry. Massive wrap around deck where you can enjoy the lake views and BBQ. 10-foot covered gazebo (not in winter) Quiet, peaceful and private.
If wine/vineyards/live music interests you, less than 3 km away is a beautiful new Vineyard/ Winery serving lunch and dinner. River House winery opened in May 2023 and is a must visit.
If roads are snow covered, you will need winter tires and AWD. NO Wi-Fi November 1 to April 30. No parties. No unauthorized Pets. No smoking inside. 20 min from Westport, 30 min from Perth, 1 hour 15 min from Ottawa, 1 hour 10 min from Kingston and 3.5 hours from Toronto

| Lovely cottage with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking and baking tools and the lake was fabulous for swimming and kayaking. Great directions and response time from owner Carrie. Easy drive to Perth or Westport if you need town time.

| We had a wonderful holiday at the lake house! It is a clean, spacious, and comfortable cottage, with steps down to the lake. We made good use of the canoe, and two kayaks provided for our entertainment. The fishing was good, and the water was great for swimming, too. We saw a leopard frog, loons, deer, an osprey nest, and many fish! The screened gazebo was perfect for enjoying the evenings relatively bug free. Sausages and marshmallows on sticks at the firepit... fireflies in the trees... starry skies... what more can one ask for? We were all very happy with our time at Little Silver Lake. Our group included one senior citizen, three adults, and one eleven year old. There was something for everyone! Our host was ready to answer any questions, and made sure we were having a good time. She left a binder of good information about the cottage, and places of interest nearby. Very handy! She also left us a welcome gift, which was appreciated!

| We have rented a weekly cottage for the past several years in the area and this was by far the nicest and most comfortable we have stayed at. The cottage is spacious, really nice and contains everything you need to enjoy your stay. The lake is serene and really pretty for kayaking and loon watching. The deck at the water was enjoyed each morning. We also have 2 small dogs and the property is large and well separated from the neighbours so the dogs were able to roam and explore. Would definitely return for another weeks stay in the future.

| My friends and I had an amazing stay here! The lakeside deck was spacious and perfect for lounging by the water. We appreciated all of the included amenities which made our stay so comfortable and homey (fast wifi, bbq, fire pit, covered gazebo, laundry and dishwasher). Would definitely recommend for a peaceful, relaxing vacation!
