Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay at our cottage. We are delighted to hear that you found the property beautiful and that you and your family enjoyed your overall experience. However, we are genuinely sorry to learn that your last evening left you feeling a little uneasy.
Regarding the phone call you received at 8:30 p.m., I personally spoke with you about the noise complaint we received. I want to clarify the situation for you. Our property manager is responsible for addressing any concerns that arise with our guests. This is done to ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests, as well as to protect the property itself. To the surprise of our property manager, there were over 18 vehicles on the premises and a significant number of additional persons present. Unfortunately, this information was not disclosed to us when we discussed the number of guests who would be staying at the property.
As per our agreement (9 Adults and 5 children), we clearly discussed and agreed upon the number of guests who would be occupying the cottage. We have a maximum guest occupancy limit in place to ensure the comfort and safety of everyone staying at the property. While we provided you with everything we discussed and agreed upon, it seems there was a miscommunication regarding hosting additional guests at our property.
In regards to the visit from the property manager, please understand that their actions were not intended to make you feel uncomfortable. The property manager was following protocol in response to the complaint we had received. Our aim is always to strike a balance between ensuring the well-being of our guests and respecting their privacy.
Once again, It is never our intention to disregard our guests' privacy or make them feel unwelcome. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration to improve our communication and guest experience in the future.
We value your satisfaction as our guest and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
