| Our stay at this exceptional cottage was perfect from start to finish. The property was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, making it an ideal spot for a family getaway. With six large bedrooms, five bathrooms, and three levels, the cottage provided ample space for our group of 8 adults and 7 children. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were luxurious, ensuring a restful stay. The well-designed layout allowed for privacy and togetherness, offering both family time and quiet moments.
The fully stocked kitchen made cooking meals a joy, and the 12-person dining table allowed us to dine together comfortably. The cottage also offered two spacious living rooms with TVs, a game room, and a sauna for relaxation. The fire pit was a great feature for cozy evenings, even during a snowstorm.
Outdoor spaces included a large patio with a BBQ facing the Trent River, and an enclosed side patio with heating, perfect for relaxing in any weather. The pet-friendly policy was a bonus, and the snow removal service made arrival easy. Free Wi-Fi allowed us to stay connected, which was important for those working remotely.
Located near Hastings, the cottage was close to restaurants, a grocery store, and ice skating and tobogganing spots. Overall, this cottage offered everything for a perfect family retreat, with thoughtful amenities, helpful hosts, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

| I've been renting cottages for three decades. This cottage had everything that it had to advertised, it was very clean situated on a beautiful Trent Canal, and had all the amenities of homel. The hot tub, sauna, and games were an extra feature that I wish every cottage had. My dealings with the owners were easy, and communication with the owners was easy. I would recommend this cottage to all my family and friends can't wait to go back.
