Enjoy this beautiful log home on Trent River with breathtaking views. The main level features large windows overlooking the lake with an open concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and an island. The dining area can accommodate up to 12 people around the large harvest table. Enjoy lounging in the living room with friends and a movie on the 65' t.v or cuddled in front of the fireplace with a good book. A tranquil space awaits you in the seasonal screened Muskoka Room offering views of the lake.
Lower level walkout includes 9' ceilings with stunning water views, a designated work station, an additional family room with a 65' smart t.v, and a washer and dryer. 2 bedrooms in the basement include a single bunk bed in one and a queen size bed in the other with a full 3 piece bathroom.
Outside the lower level patio features a hot tub and a domed wood burning sauna overlooking the lake with stunning water views .
Fully winterized and year round availability. Great location and easy access to snowmobile trails near by.
The outdoor BBQ is on the upper deck next to the Muskoka room which features a 10 seated dining table overlooking the lake and 2 rocking chairs.
Enjoy the beautifully landscaped lot that leads down to the private shoreline and beach. Entry into the water is very gradual/shallow and rocky. (Water shoes are recommended) perfect for kids to splash around in! Enjoy various water activities (kayaks, paddle board and a paddle boat) or simply relax on the dock. An extra large deck in front of the water features 4 lounging chairs and a tanning platform. As the sun begins to set, find yourself comfortably seated in a muskoka chair around the large fire pit, telling stories and counting stars!
A short 10 minute drive to the Town of Hastings has an LCBO, Beer Store, Valu- Mart Grocery Store, Subway, Romas Pizza, The McGillverys Pub and Eatery, The Captains Table Fish and Chips Restaurant and bowling alley.

| We absolutely loved this cottage! Our family of 10 had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything needed for our dinners. The bedrooms / beds were very comfortable, bathrooms spotless, living areas cozy and comfortable. Wifi is great and so is the AC. We spent a lot of time on the dock, swimming and playing corn hole! Fire pit area is well set up and there are plenty of spots in the area to buy wood. Hot tub was a bonus and sauna was a nice perk although we used it only once as it was a very hot week.
Lesley is an amazing host - super responsive and helpful. Lesley anticipated everything and thought of all the details. Honestly, this was the best cottage we've ever stayed at and we would highly recommend it to anyone! We are definitely coming back!

This cottage is like a modern French chateau. Every bit of finishing down to the light switches was thought out and executed perfectly. Some doors are 12 foot tall with some ceilings being closer to 16ft! All of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Water can be a bit weedy and rocky at certain points so water shoes are recommended. Otherwise, this place was literally perfect. Easy communication, excellent instruction and incredible stay, ty!

| We had an amazing stay at this cottage. The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described, with everything we needed in the kitchen and around the property. The lakefront/yard/outdoor space was beautiful and so peaceful. Our hosts were friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out very easy. We made great memories here and would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway

| This is a lovely cottage, which had everything we needed for seven adults and two toddlers. There are lots of activities for a sunny day, the dock area is beautiful, and lots of activities for rainy days, like the hot tub and the sauna. Thank you for a wonderful week!
