The cottage was very clean and in excellent condition. It is located on the lake with a beautiful view!!! Owner was very pleasant to deal with.

This is the best rental we've ever had (including vrbo and airbnb). Arysia was extremely responsive to all our questions before we arrived and while there.

There were 4 adults staying, and there was space to play together or have your solitude. Large deck off the back and huge lawn leading to the beach and dock.

The kitchen had everything and then some. The most important part for us was how clean it was and how well maintained. We respected the property as one should, we received our security deposit within 48 hours.

The cottage is in a safe area with alot of larger cottage/homes but it was never too busy.

There were kayaks which we didn't use, games for indoor and outdoor.

The only thing that some might find a drawback is the shallow, weedy beach however for those looking for a natural environment (not dredged and artificially added sand) we found it peaceful and relaxing.

Close to Orillia, Washago and Bracebridge

Our stay at this gorgeous Sparrow Lake was truly a retreat. The back deck was comfortable and had stunning views and the deck and lakefront were picturesque. The water was a comfortable temperature for swimming and the cottage had everything our families needed to entertain ourselves in the water or on it. The kitchen was incredibly stocked and the interior of the cottage was spacious and cozy. We will be back to this wonderful spot for sure.

We loved our stay at this beautiful cottage! Everything we could ever need was provided. The yard was perfect for the kids to play on. Great area for boating and close to marina for ice cream. Very family friendly cottage and the owners were lovely.

The cottage was beautifully renovated and provided every single comfort of home to myself, my husband, my children and grandchildren (age 4 and 2). The weather was hot but the air conditioning worked beautifully and kept the entire cottage very comfortable.
Our family made amazing memories outdoors as well using the kayaks to see the painted turtles sunning themselves and experience the sounds of the loon and nature. My grandsons loved the sandy beach front provided as well as a sand box. My grandson was ecstatic as he caught his first fish from the dock! I took the most beautiful pictures of the glorious sunsets as we sat in the Muskoka chairs surrounding a fire pit while roasting marshmallows.
We have many cherished family memories that will be remembered forever.
The hostess was very attentive and responded to every inquiry immediately.
