| Very clean, bright and well-equipped cottage. We enjoyed staying there during the March break and kids had a blast with all the snow and tobagonning in the area. Thank you for leaving sleds for us!

| Our stay here was fantastic. The cottage is perfectly set up to meet all your needs. It is clean, comfortable, well stocked, and very quiet. The cottage is well located to indulge in many activities in the surrounding area. Orysia was an incredible host, always available to answer any questions and to help out in every way. I would absolutely recommend this cottage to anyone, you won't be disappointed.

| Perfect Hosts added to our relaxing week on Sparrow Lake. Whenever we had a question, they responded in minutes and followed up to ensure we were satisfied. Beautiful sunsets and quiet setting added to our experience.

| This is the best rental we've ever had (including vrbo and airbnb). Arysia was extremely responsive to all our questions before we arrived and while there.
There were 4 adults staying, and there was space to play together or have your solitude. Large deck off the back and huge lawn leading to the beach and dock.
The kitchen had everything and then some. The most important part for us was how clean it was and how well maintained. We respected the property as one should, we received our security deposit within 48 hours.
The cottage is in a safe area with alot of larger cottage/homes but it was never too busy.
There were kayaks which we didn't use, games for indoor and outdoor.
The only thing that some might find a drawback is the shallow, weedy beach however for those looking for a natural environment (not dredged and artificially added sand) we found it peaceful and relaxing.
Close to Orillia, Washago and Bracebridge
We highly recommend Arysia's Sparrow Lake cottage
