| My family had a wonderful time at this lovely cottage. It exceeded all our expectations with its comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and fantastic outdoor space. The entire place was very clean and beautifully updated, a detail that truly stood out to me. The bedrooms were equipped with comfy mattresses and pillows and topped with soft sheets and duvets. The outdoor space had plenty to do; including a paddle boat, canoe and two kayaks. The entrance to the water was shallow and sandy, perfect for younger kids.
With a family of five, including three energetic kids, we found plenty of room to relax and unwind. While we didn't get a chance to swim due to the cooler weather, we made the most of our time fishing in the abundant waters of Sparrow lake. The kids had a blast reeling in fish, and my daughter even caught an impressive pike off the dock!
Orysia was an exceptional host, always quick to respond to any inquiries or needs. Our experience at her cottage was truly memorable and we are looking forward to returning next summer!

| Our stay at Sparrow Lake was truly wonderful. With two young children, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The cottage was perfect for our family. Our kids especially loved the little sandpit, where they could play and splash in the lake on warm days. The flat grassy area was ideal for them to run around freely and enjoy the outdoors.
The sunsets from the dock were breathtaking, and we had so much fun paddling around the lake. Evenings spent making s'mores by the fire were a highlight for all of us. Inside the cottage, everything was just as impressive. My daughter was thrilled to sleep in her "big girl" bunk bed, and the king bed was incredibly comfortable.
The cottage was stocked with everything we needed?and more. From extra pillows to a hand blender and even a meat thermometer, the attention to detail was remarkable. The thought and care that went into equipping this cottage didn't go unnoticed, and we're so grateful. We can't wait to come back!

| We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautifully renovated waterfront cottage, and it was an experience our family will cherish for a long time. From the moment we arrived, the owner made us feel incredibly welcome, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Their attentiveness and helpfulness truly set the tone for a fantastic stay.
The cottage itself is a blend of modern comfort and rustic charm, with all the appliances and amenities you could need. We were especially impressed by the range of water activities available ? from kayaks and pedal boats to canoes and lily pads. Every day was an adventure, whether we were out on the water or simply relaxing by the shore.
One of the absolute highlights was the stunning waterfront view. Watching the sun set over the water each evening was nothing short of magical. It was the perfect way to end our days, and we found ourselves looking forward to it every night.
Overall, this cottage provided everything we needed for a perfect family getaway. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with all the comforts of home and more, I would highly recommend this cottage. We can't wait to return!

| Our family of 8 rented this cottage for a week and it was such an amazing experience. Orysia and her husband are great hosts and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. They were quick to respond to text messages and phone calls and they are both super down to earth and very friendly people
The neighbors near by are also amazing and friendly. The cottage is extremely comfortable and it had everything we could ever need. Pillows, blankets, throws etc. The kitchen is equipped with everything as well. The place has bbq with propane, washer, dryer, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towel shampoo etc. Bathing towels, face cloths, kitchen towels, you name it. The outdoors was my favorite part. Huge area to run and play. There are kayaks, a peddle boat and a water lily pad which came in very handy because it's nice to just lay on the water and not have to touch the weeds in the lake lol. Enjoyed a little nap in the hammock and absolutely loved the beautiful sunsets and stars. I would definitely come back to this cottage. Zero complaints.

| Great cottage and very nice owner Orysia who provided everything we needed for the stay and even extra . A lots great broad games to keep us all night up plus strong wifi connection even outside the cottage . This cottage is very clean and modern renovated and decoration . Front patio for us to enjoy while BBQ and back patio for everyone enjoy during the night or afternoon relaxing outside .Also have a lot outdoor sports equipments to keep all adults and kids having endless fun . Wish we could stay whole week or more then just a weekend . Will definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for enjoying great and wonderful cottage experience.
