The cottage has an absolutely lovely location on Georgian Bay: crystal clear water and beautiful sandy beach, super easy for children to get in the lake, with gorgeous sunsets. Private and quiet, and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Very nice place! Access to the beach is very easy and even the back courtyard. Beach with beautiful sand and shallow water at the start, ideal for families with young children. Very spacious and well-equipped house. Clean and well maintained house.

We enjoyed an incredible stay at the cottage. Everything was accurate and as described in the listing and photos. The beach is private with beautiful clear water and fine sand that the Tiny Beaches are known for. You are close to Balm for quick trips to the store or ice cream visits but far enough to have a calm and quiet stay. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of space and sitting areas for our family to enjoy. There were a few sand toys at the house but if renting with little kids bring favourite sand/water toys to ensure they are entertained. The owners were amazing - do not hesitate - book today!

A perfect summer getaway. You can easily walk (via the beach if you want to) to ice cream shops, restaurants, a park, tennis and pickleball courts and an arcade. There was also a place close by to rent paddle boards and other fun water toys. If you're into biking or running there's a nice rail trail The house is clean, beds are comfortable and there's solid water pressure in the showers to get the sand off you after a day of playing in the beach. Note that the beach is shallow and so we were comfortable with our two year old wading in the shallow water. Good WiFi coverage and A/C when it gets hot. Will come again!
