Guest Access:
Guests will have access to a maximum of 3 bedrooms. Parking available on the driveway for 3 cars.
Other things to note:
1. All guests required to sign Renter Code of Conduct as per Township By-Law. We will send you the link upon booking.
2. The property is designated for families only. No parties. No excessive noise outdoors. Be respectful of neighbours who live here full time.
3. A 24hr Noise By-Law in the Township is strictly in place
4. Water is safe to drink
5. Swimming conditions at our beachfront offers clear water and sandy bottom with shallow entry - perfect for kiddos
6. The cottage is on a delicate septic. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No grease or food scraps down the drains.
7. Dishware is the responsibility of guests. We remind all our guests to clean any used dishware at the end of their stay. We recommend new guests pre-wash dishware before use
8. Monday is garbage collection day. Should your stay fall on this day, we kindly ask guests to place garbage bins at the end of the driveway. Thank you for the support
Guest must bring their own:
- Towels for hand/bath and swimming
- Bed sheets for the beds you plan on using (pillows and blankets will be provided)
- Shampoo/body wash
- Keurig pods, tea, ground coffee (coffee filters will be provided)
- Laundry detergent (on-site washer and dryer available)
- Life jacket
- To begin your stay, we provide a starter kit of dish soap, dish cloth, toilet paper, hand soap and garbage bags. It is recommended that guests bring extras of these items.
