| We are a family with 3 kids and we've rented a different cottage every single year for 15 years as our summer vacation week and I can honestly say without a doubt that this was the BEST cottage we have ever rented.
From the minute I contacted Kait with our request to book I knew we were in good hands. She's such a kind and responsive owner and her cottage manual was such a godsend for an organizer like me!
The attention to details in the amenities provided are incredible. Providing things like towels and bed linens is just so huge when you're renting with children.
From the well stocked spice pantry to the cozy luxurious beds and the beautiful sauna, everything was absolutely perfect.
The property is gorgeous! Pretty private, yet you don't feel completely tucked away, beautiful views of the water, a great swimming area for the kids plus all the toys. I can't say enough great things, if I could give 10 stars I would!
You'll likely hear from us again regarding next year!

| By FAR the nicest cottage we've stayed at. The property is beautiful and private. The cottage is spotless and has everything you need for a family getaway, including a ton of beach toys. The sauna is incredible. Kait puts incredible effort into the small details that make your stay feel luxurious. I have very high standards and there was not one thing I would change about our stay in July. Hope to go back again!

| My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Kait's cottage last week, from September 25 to 28. It was truly amazing!
Kait gave us very clear and detailed instructions on everything. Additionally, the cottage is perfectly organized, beautiful, cozy, and spotless. The beds are very comfortable.
There is also a lovely clean deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, or simply watch the rain...
The surrounding area is just right for us: quiet, but not empty, so we felt secure:) And there's a beautiful trail for long walks! And clear water... And a convenience store close by. We didn't use the sauna this time, but we'll definitely use it when we return. Yes, I did mention that we're planning to come back next year, if Kate and Chris allow us:) Thank you so much, Kait and Chris, for this amazing retreat!
