We had a marvellous stay in this cottage for a full week this September.
The pictures do not do the place justice.
We had no issues with the steps to the cottage or to the beach but the access road to the cottage itself can be tricky if you don't have an all wheel drive.

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful cottage. Everything you may require is provided, you just need to bring your groceries. The view from the deck is awesome, the lounge chairs very comfortable and you can also dine outdoors. You will enjoy peace and quiet in total privacy.
The outdoor shower is a great bonus, and we used it every day. Showering will never be the same after doing so with an ocean view!
The loft bedroom is amazing. We left the upstairs door open at night and enjoyed refreshing breezes and soothing sounds of waves crashing.
Antigonish is a short drive away and offers all the conveniences you may need as well as a variety of excellent restaurants.
The drive around Cape George is interesting and provides great views.
The 2 sets of stairs do require some caution, but did not prove to be a problem.
The pictures of the cottage are a true reflection of what you will find ? a gem!
The owners were easy to deal with and available to assist if needed.
We definitely hope to return at some time.

We had an amazing two weeks at the cottage. This is our second time staying here. The thing I love most about this cottage is it's setting. Complete privacy. We truly felt like we were on our own little piece of paradise. We used the out door shower this visit and it was really enjoyable. Where else can you take a hot shower outside while looking at the ocean? The place is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The king bed is comfy and we slept with the door open while falling asleep listening to the waves crash on the shore. One tip is to make sure you have aqua shoes for the beach as it is rocky. Warm water for swimming and was great for snorkelling. Hope to return.

The perfect spot to get away and relax. The sound of the waves crashing and amazing view from the deck make our week perfect.
It is apparent these owners take great pride and care in their property.
Everything you need is available. All you need are your groceries.
One large perk was a large outside shower. The water pressure was awesome and you had privacy to shower and enjoy the breeze from the beach.

Great communication with the owners, and were available if we needed them.
Highly recommend for anyone wanting to get away from it all.

Excellent for rest and recharging your selves. Totally secluded, never heard a neighbour. Took long walks on the waterfront 2x daily with the dog. A very well built home. We had all the conveniences as if it was our home, we were not lacking anything.The pics. for the house are accurate and understated.
1 drawback is the stairs from the parking down to the house and the steep long staircase to the water. 2nd drawback is the distance to go sightseeing or to get groceries, but we totally enjoyed the week. Anders was extremely helpful when we called him.
