NOTES
Please note that Weekly rentals go from Friday at 5pm until the following Friday at 11am. Weekend and weekday rentals also begin at 5pm but checkout can be negotiated depending on availability.
Rates include responsible use of Canoe and Kayaks, life jackets of various sizes will also be available. .
Linens are not included. You will need to bring your won sheets, pillow cases, and towels. Blankets and pillows (not cases) will be provided.
During the Prime season we rent almost exclusively by the week.
The rental agreement assumes two adults and three children or four adults. Should your party exceed that please contact to discuss additional fees.
For week long rentals a 25% deposit is required to secure a booking and an additional 25% 14 days before the date of arrival. Failure to provide the second deposit will be classified as a cancellation of the reservation. For weekend rentals we require 50% deposit. The cottage will not be considered booked until the funds have been received. Payments are non-refundable if the cancellation takes place within 30 days of the rental period. Prior to 30 days there will be a $100 administration fee deducted. The remainder is due at the time of arrival by e-transfer. A $500 refundable security deposit is also required by e-transfer prior to arrival at the cottage. Provided the cottage is left without damage or loss and is in appropriate condition, the security deposit will be returned within 14 days of check out.
