The Jarvis House

A rustic and charming cottage located on the water of the beautifull Lake St-Pierre only 40km/30 minutes from Ottawa. This large open concept cottage sits on a beautifull and very private lot featuring mature cedar trees. You are provided with a large new dock exposed to sun all day long and great sunsets. You have access to a row boat and a one seater kayak to explore the magnificient (over 10 kilometers long) St-Pierre lake. Adjacent to the cottage is a large terrasse furnished with picnic tables, long chairs and gas BBQ. A firepit is also available to fill your evenings.
The cottage is accessed through a gated private road and only few minutes away to a public beach, grocery stores, resaurants, service stations, etc. Golf courses are also no longer than 15 minutes away...

The Jarvis House features a large living and dining area, three bedrooms with new double size mattress, a seperate kitchen and a three piece (shower) bathroom. It also features a large screened veranda fully furnished including another dining area.
All basic amenities (fridge, stove, toaster, coffee maker, all dishes, dish towels, utensils, glasses, pots , pans, etc) are provided excluding your sheets and pillow covers.
