This 1500 sq ft modern and open concept retreat is located on a large picturesque lot surrounded by tranquil oak forest, in a peaceful subdivision just minutes south of the town of Grand Bend. Its prime location is ideally located just minutes from Grand Bend and the Pinery Provincial Park. This property is located within one of Grand Bend's premier estate communities with access to a private spring fed lake located just minutes from the cottage. Shared outdoor pool and children's playground are both located within 100 feet of the cottage and accessible via a private garden pathway which extends through the forest. Guests are also provided with a complimentary access pass to the Pinery Provincial Park which boasts some of the cleanest and quietest beaches in the Grand Bend area with sandy shallow shorelines and good beach exposure. Beach access is also accessible via the rotary trail. This breathtaking cottage promises guests a stay of true peacefulness and comfort. LIMIT OF 4 ADULTS / 6 OCCUPANTS PER RENTAL PARTY All summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday, 4:00 PM check in, 11:00 AM check out. Noise Restrictions in place after 10 pm. Overnight Guests allowed only if identified on rental agreement. No third party bookings accepted.
25% deposit required at time of booking. Remaining balance due upon check-in. Refundable security deposit ($400) due upon check-in. Reservations cancelled at least 60 days prior to stay will receive a full refund. Failure to cancel on time results in forfeiture of your deposit. Minimum night rental policy ranges between 2-7 days depending on time of year. Maximum length of stay is limited to 21 days.

| Amazing cottage! Very clean and spacious place. Beds are comfortable and also very clean. Cottage has absolutely everything you need. The Grand Bend beach is 6 min drive and Pinery Park is also 6 min away. Access to the Park is included in the rental. The pool is clean and almost empty all the time. So my kids had a lot of fun in the pool. Thank you, Tyler and family! We enjoyed our week at the cottage and we will come back!

| This is a great cottage, where our family enjoyed a comfortable and relaxing stay. The cottage layout is great: everything is all on one floor, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths at one end, and a very large and comfortable great room with a kitchen, dining, and living room area. The beds were comfortable. All rooms have huge windows looking out into the surrounding forest. There are big porches at the front and back of the cottage, with a nice eating space on the back porch with a barbeque. The manager was very responsive to our wishes and really receptive to our requests; Tyler made sure we were comfortable. The cottage was equipped with all of the essential items one would want in a rental. Overall, our family would recommend this cottage highly. We hope to return. Note: the cottage is 500m south of its estimated location on the Cottages-in-Canada map, in a very nice little cottage neighbourhood between the Old Ausable Channel and Lakeshore Road.

| Beautiful cottage. Clean, bright, roomy. Nice to have a place where linens and towels (outside of beach towels) are provided, and they'll let you have access to washer/dryer if needed. Beds are comfortable enough. Plenty of space. Tyler was very attentive host- would get back to you often within the hour. Great place for families- pool, playground, and basketball court a 10 second walk. The pool was clean, cool (not heated), and rarely used by the hotel patrons- so we often had it to ourselves. Wee Lake was wonderful. You can swim in it, fish off the sides, or use community owned paddle boat, canoes, kayaks on the water. It was a hidden gem. The Pinery access pass is a nice touch- its 15 minute drive (5 to the entrance, 10 to the beach areas). Unfortunately, with the water levels the way they are there is no beach to speak of. You can still hike or bike the trails. Not super quiet as you can hear highway 21 from the back deck- but it didn't change the fact you can sit outside and enjoy all the scenery around you (deer came strolling by, saw all sorts of different birds). It would be a long walk to get into town. You can drive to the main beach in 5 minutes when it isn't busy. Often was though. No Frills 2 minutes up the road. Hard to walk to find a place for ice cream etc but a short enough drive. Parking surprisingly not too hard to find. Nice playground on Crescent Street.

| This place was just what we needed. Gorgeous cottage, peace and relaxation.The pool and play area was great! Wee Lake was a nice surprise. The Pinery was included just down the road five minutes away. Central location. I highly recommend!
